The end of an era, and start of another. Dennis Bergkamp's testimonial was our first game at Emirates Stadium - we defeated Ajax 2-1 courtesy of goals from Thierry Henry and Kanu. The first half was made up of current players of both sides, with the second half seeing legends like Johan Cruyff.

Hey all,
I’m from the U.S. and never really followed soccer (I'll call it football around here from now on) closely growing up. I’d watch the World Cup here and there, but that was it.
This last one got me though. I ended up watching a ton of games and got way more into it than I expected. Now I actually want to follow a club regularly.
Kind of random, but when I was a kid, I went to London and did a tour of Arsenal’s stadium. I didn’t know much at the time, but I remember thinking it was awesome. That memory’s been stuck in my head, so I’m leaning toward Arsenal as my team.
So yeah…before I fully dive in:
What’s it like being an Arsenal fan these days, especially after finally winning the Premier League again?
A few things I’m curious about:
I appreciate any insight! I’m trying to get into this for real this time and actually learn the club, not just pick a team because they’re successful.

Especially when there are many "propper" left wingers in the market, while Rogers is so limited on the wing?!

Imagine Saliba being out for months and your choice to cover him being John fucking Stones of all people who can't play two games in a row without breaking down.
"Whats better than one injured CB? Two injured CB's!" I really dont get the thinking of some people.

I’ll be going to the September 6th match against Chelsea; it’s my first time going to London and I thought I should just experience a match, any suggestions? I am not a fan of either team but I’m hoping I fall in love with the atmosphere, I’m super excited. I wonder if the food inside is decent; if not where should I grab a bite? What colors not to wear? any suggestions would be appreciated

Obviously they are because he is a top player. Romano is saying Chelsea are in the market for a big midfield signing and City apparently would be interested if Rodri goes to Madrid.
I hope Berta makes a move on this asap because if we lose out on Bruno to our rivals yet again I think things will get really dark for him.

Saliba & Gabriel is the best pair in the world and also very very available. Lets not lose our minds because of the Saliba injury.
Some of you probably forgot but before Saliba, White was a CB. And a good one too!
Speaking of White being actually a CB, what do you think Timbers position is for the Dutch national team? What position do you think Hincapie played for many many many years? What about Calafiori?
And thats without mentioning Mosquera.
We have ALOT of CBs that are playing in their so called ‘inferior position’ (and doing a great job there!)
So my opinion is that we need to sign some ‘real’ full backs instead! Atleast one but I wouldnt mind 2 either!
That frees up the CBs in the squad to cover for .. the cb position!
