She disdains any physical activity(so most toys are out of the question), is on a diet(unfortunately can't get her too many snacks), hates being pet(stay away from me human!), sleeps on my bed(thus doesn't need a cat house), 100% can't stand any cloth/collar...

What's left? Any suggestions?

I hear dogs actually have 3 eyelids and you can see the third here covering part of the whites of her eyes. :)
