I'm a solo founder that launched the mvp of an AI sales platform.

Over the past year while doing indpendent consulting, I've bootstrapped the mvp, established and grew users, and just recently signed a strategic partnership with one of the largest ecommerce platforms in the world that will expose my platform to over 600,000 of their merchants.

The next challenge isn't establishing a need in the market anymore. It's being ready to service a substantial number of sign ups that will be coming in in the next couple of months and integrating with our new partner.

Through conversations I've had with sales leaders and GTM experts, the market is hungry for this product and our recent partnership proves it. I'm now looking to connect with early-stage pre seed investors to help me grow the business and build a category-defining company.

The thing nobody warns you about running a syndicate is that syndicate fund administration stops being about any single deal and becomes about throughput. One SPV is easy. Six a quarter, each with its own LP set and its own K-1s, is a different animal, and the tool that was fine at deal one starts creaking.

Rough take on the options once you're at volume:

AngelList is the default and genuinely good if you live inside their standard flow, less flexible the moment a deal has an odd structure or an LP wants something custom.

Sydecar is clean and fast for straightforward SPVs, built for exactly this speed, though it's more of a formation-and-close engine than a full tax-and-reporting relationship.

Finally Fund Admin sits on the service side, a person managing the K-1s across all the vehicles rather than a dashboard, which matters once you've got dozens of LPs. Not the cheapest per deal, so it fits when tax load is the real bottleneck.
