I run an event management company that’s worked with brands like Tata CLiQ Fashion, Reliance Jio, JioStar, and Indian Oil. A few years into that, one problem kept showing up. Event decor sourcing is stuck in the stone age. Balloons, backdrops, last minute installs, all of it runs on WhatsApp chains and phone calls with zero real time visibility for the customer.

We built a quick commerce app for event decoration delivery and installation, with a 3 hour promise. Think Blinkit, but for the stuff you need when someone tells you at 2pm there’s a birthday party at 6pm.

The market: India’s event and decor market is worth ₹10,000+ crore. Mumbai’s urban quick delivery decor segment alone is ₹1,200+ crore, and it’s still 100% unorganized. We surveyed 1,000 Mumbai respondents across age groups and income levels, 78% said they’d use a same day event decor delivery service.

Why we can move fast: we own the full stack. Our own decor inventory, our own logistics, and our own riders for installation, built over years serving enterprise clients. We don’t route through third party vendors, so quality stays consistent and we control the timeline end to end. That’s the part that’s hard to copy.
