tryna get the adjustment window up so i can use presets but cannot for the life of me get the window to pop up

ive done the whole select under the window tab ive done the reset nothing.

any advice?

Hi, years of having "Enter" for deselect is hard to overcome. It is something I do a lot. I can reassign deselect to "Enter". That works fine. However, some day I may want to use the Power Duplicate tool. I can't find it in Settings/Shortcuts to reassign it? Does anyone know where it is?
