I've heard some coaches and media mention that they would like to see uncapped list sizes. There would still be a salary cap and a minimum number of players required to be on a list.

I thought this was a strong idea as it would allow lower ranked teams (ignore flair) to search for more talent from different areas.

Thoughts?
