An hour later than the suggested 40 minutes, but I am definitely happy these got cleared up.

For reference, my Z has 204,500 miles on it and these headlights still have the stress cracks in them even after restoring them lol.

For the people curious about the exhausts sound this is the Gemini exhaust with z1 test pipes.

Hey everyone,
I’ve got a 2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster and the rear glass has separated from the soft top along the top and side edges (karma for buying an auto vert). The glass isn’t broken and the canvas itself doesn’t appear torn – it looks like the adhesive has just failed after 20+ years. The rest of the soft top is in good condition.
I’ve called around pretty much everywhere in SE Queensland:
Got quoted AUD $900 for a place on the Sunny Coast
Got quoted AUD $1,500 for a place in Brissy.
Most other upholstery/trim shops won’t touch convertible tops and referred me elsewhere.
Has anyone had this repaired before?
Who did the work?
How much did you pay?
How long has the repair lasted?
Does $900 sound reasonable, or is there somewhere else in Australia/QLD you’d recommend?

I have a 2005 350z and I am trying to install a removal plate holder on the front but one of the screw grommets broke in the process. I have tried finding a replacement but can only find one in America that cannot be shipped to the uk (where I live). Does anyone know where I can find a replacement that will fit or a link to the part that I can buy from in the uk?

Hey guys, does anyone have experience with the Torqen rear timing gaskets? Having a hard time finding the Z1 ones in Europe without having to wait a month for shipping.

Also just do double check: Revup takes DE gaskets right?

Has anyone had experience swapping the original VQ35DE into a Revup? I have an 06 6mt that is reaching the end of its life, burning oil like crazy and starting to see a little bit of blue smoke.

I have a pretty automotive adept friend who offered to help me with swapping a new VQ in, and there’s a shop near me selling a VQ35DE for a pretty good price with 30k miles. I have access to a lift and I really don’t want to let this car go.

Pulled the trigger, heres my HKS8555 supercharger! That unfortunately isnt going on till next year 🥲 due to other upgrades coming first!

Anyone else running one? Any pics of install? or videos of it going? What sort of power have people got from it? Im installing onto a stock DE motor (for now stock)

Any wheel size suggestions for a staggered setup? Was thinking something like 18x9.5 +25 front and 18x10.5 +25 rear

So a little backgorund, I had a CEL one of the codes was related to bank 2 vvt solenoid and the other one was ign primary circuit. I had no misfires and I checked the ignition coil resistances and cleaned the vvt solenoids so I thought the problem could be the camshaft position sensor on bank 2. I replaced it and fired up the car and took it for a drive no problem. After 10 mins of driving I came back home and the car was misfiring. I turned it off and started it back up it kept misfiring with a CEL this time. I tried the idle relearn and the ecu reset but nothing is working. Any help?

I’d genuinely appreciate blunt feedback from Nissan owners. What else should a proper track-build record include, weather, tire pressures, alignment changes, track configuration, driver notes, or personal-best progression?

Some people inquired about the Velocity but I cant remember who, so I'll just put it all here, all parts are used:

1. Kinetix Velocity manifold - SOLD

2. MREV2 clone with MD spacer (no hardware) can add the ISO TB thing if desired for free, manifold is wrinkle black - $350 shipped in the US

3. Mishimoto catch can, slight discoloration, hose was cut to fit the Velocity so there's a chance it won't fit the stock manifold - $150 shipped in the US

4. Recaro seat brackets, only recommend for shorter people, only have one of the original handles. Can supply 2 universal handles that match or one and one. These are special order from Japan and quite expensive - $350 shipped in the US

5. Universal Recaro slider, will only sell this after the brackets are sold - $100 shipped in the US

I'm having issues with the cars AC not getting power, I tried swapping relays, my fuse is good, just replaced the pressure switch, my bient temp sensor is still working fine, is there by chance anything I'm missing?? I checked all wires going to/from the fuse box and can't find a broken wire, I'm at a loss here, kinda needs some guidance if any can help

old crankshaft sensor. it looks chewed up from being outside too long didn’t burn up while driving or anything. can I hse it?
