As someone who was there from the beginning and who was basically at the heart/core of it for like 4/5 years before I walked away, I saw some way fukt things go down. Witch House was on its way to being super huge (and honestly I'm glad it didn't go there and stayed underground) but I mean when most of a scene's artists were anon it made it so any failed musician, rave casualty or bored teenager with abelton in their bedroom could become the next big thing by just releasing a couple choice tracks. It's easy to see how some super sinister shit could easily go down and it did. Tell the tales. What did you witness? GO!

Hey everyone,

I am trying to learn how to produce Witchhouse, but I have hit a wall.

Even when I try my best, my tracks still sound very empty. I am struggling to get that dense, dark, and atmospheric wall of sound that defines the genre.

I would love to find someone experienced who is willing to guide me, give feedback on my projects, or even work on something together. I want to learn how to layer synths properly, create thick atmospheres, and arrange tracks so they feel full.

Here is what I currently use : Ableton

Inspo artists : SADWRIST , VANDAL and The nursery Lantern (i assume thats witchhouse?) (i will send some example tracks)
