Help me find this manhwa/webtoon!

I've been trying to find a manhwa I saw on TikTok, but I can't remember the title.

Here's what I remember:

• Modern setting.
• The main character is a black-haired man in his 20s–30s.
• He usually wears a white long-sleeve button-up shirt and black pants.
• He gets seriously injured at some point.
• There's a little girl with orange/orange-blonde hair who calls him "Mister."
• The little girl lives with her older sister (I don't think their parents are around).
• After the MC gets hurt, the older sister tells the little girl that "Mister will get better."
• Later, the MC receives and reads a letter from the little girl. It says something similar to:

«"Mister, I stopped crying because you told me to."

"I stopped fighting with my friends."

"I'm studying hard so I can build you a hospital."

"So until then, please don't get hurt."»

The MC cries after reading the letter.

The dialogue may not be exact since I only remember it from a TikTok edit, but that's the general idea.

Does anyone know what manhwa or webtoon this is? It's been driving me crazy trying to find it. 😭

I (m15) am currently aiming to become an author/ creator. I'd like to say I am pretty good at writing, but I am exceptionally bad at drawing. I can't draw a strait line to save my life. I am posting to ask if there is anyone who might need a writer for whatever story they want brought to life. Hello, I have been searching for the last hour trying to figure out the name to a webtoon I’ve read in the past, and it’s as if it disappeared! There were 2 main characters who were best friends. One was a girl who had a terminal illness, which lead her to become famous because people pitied her situation. The other was a girl who had a very dysfunctional family, for her father left her and her mother to be with his mistress and their kid. This left her mom mentally broken, causing her to lock herself in her room and fully neglect her daughter.

The girls later met in school where they at first weren’t too fond of each other but after being around each other and opening up to one another they became basically inseparable.

Small details that may help:

- even though she was famous for her illness there was an online “betting” page where people put there guesses on when she was going to pass
- there were a couple male leads (abt 3)
- the sick girl had blonde hair
- the other girl had black hair
- its completed
- both of the girls mothers get their own lil backstory
- the sick girls father has passed
