Help Did Dekulakization Help The USSR In The Long Term?
I know that Stalin abolished the kulak class around 1929, but i do not know the effects of it and cannot find a reliable source for information on much of the history of the USSR without it being highly biased.

Help Food and military strength
The first question is about something confidently stated that I never got an answer to. Did the ussr are after ww2 after the famine caused by a grain disease did the ussr have food shortages?
Second question how did soviet weaponry compare to nato weaponry and could they hold their own?
