You know when they open up a gails near you its a fucking wrap🤣😭. some ppl say it reduced crime and poverty. fixes run down areas like the hood ygm. that obv a good thing to an extent. but furthermore, the thing is, they pricing out ethnic communities as well and we r the ones who made the area what it is. we made it trendy thats y these mfs even took interest in moving. i aint gonna say its a race thing more of a class thing but man for us working class its peak. we gonna grt pushed out to the countryside soon. aint hating on them im just pointing out what ive seen. my area has become unrecognisable.
