[TUTOR] O & A Level Physics, Math, CS (CAIE) — Recent High Scorer, $12-18/hr, Free Trial

Hi! I recently finished my A Levels (CAIE) with A grades in Math, Physics, and Computer Science. For O Levels, I scored A* in Physics, Math, Islamiyat, and Pakistan Studies, and A in Computer Science, Chemistry, English, and Urdu.

Subjects I can teach:

  • O Level: Physics, Math, Computer Science, Chemistry (and can help with English/Urdu if needed)
  • A Level: Math, Physics, Computer Science

Why me:

  • I just went through this syllabus myself, so I know exactly which topics/questions trip people up and what examiners actually look for
  • CAIE-specific — familiar with past papers, mark schemes, and grade thresholds
  • Can explain concepts in simpler terms since I remember what confused me too

Free trial: First 20-30 min session is free, no strings attached — just to see if we're a good fit before committing.

Rates (after trial):

  • O Level: $12/hr
  • A Level: $17/hr
  • (Open to discussing package rates for multiple sessions/week)

Format: Online via Zoom/Google Meet, with shared whiteboard/screen for working through problems.

Feel free to DM me with your subject, current grade level, and what you're struggling with — I'll set up the free trial from there!

Just fill in your availability and you're good to post. Want me to tweak the tone at all — more casual, more formal, shorter?

For Hire Tutoring.

Hey everyone,

I am a final-year technical student currently working as an Artificial Intelligence intern. Since I have some flexible time outside of my internship hours, I’m looking to take on a few home tuition batches here in Amravati.

I can teach Mathematics, Science, English, and SST for students from Class 3 to 10 (both CBSE and State Boards). My focus is purely on building strong logical concepts rather than just rote learning.

Note to Mods: I reached out via Modmail earlier to check if this is okay. I genuinely want to help local students and keep my skills sharp, so I hope this doesn't violate any self-promotion rules!

If any parents are looking for a tutor for their kids, or if you know someone who is, please feel free to DM me for details.

Thanks!

Any 10thies interested in online tutoring/mentorship?

If any 10th graders are looking for mentorship or online coaching, I’m here to help you out. I can cover the complete syllabus for both Maths and Science.

A bit about me: I am a JNV (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya) alumnus and I scored 90% in my 10th boards, so I know exactly how to tackle the concepts and exams.

I'm doing this to save up some money for college, but honestly, fees and payment aren't a strict issue. If you can pay, that's great, but we can figure it out based on what works for you.

  • Platform: Google Meet
  • What you get: Clear topic explanations, doubt solving, and general strategy/mentorship.
  • No commitment: You can take a demo class first. If you don't like the teaching style, there is no pressure to continue!

Feel free to DM me if you are interested or have any questions

Free Curriculum-Based Small-Group Tutoring for Grades prek-8

Hello! My name is Hailey, and I am offering free, curriculum-based tutoring for students in grades 1 through 8. This program is designed to provide structured academic support through complete lessons, assignments, practice activities, projects, and guided instruction. It is meant to be more than simple homework help. Students will follow a full curriculum in small groups organized by grade level.

The program is expected to begin on September 1. The ending date has not yet been decided. Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Each student will attend one session per week.

The weekly schedule will be organized by grade level. Grades 1 and 2 will meet together every Monday. Grades 3 and 4 will meet every Tuesday. Grades 5 and 6 will meet every Wednesday. Grade 7 will meet every Thursday, and Grade 8 will meet every Friday.

Before a student begins, I will complete a parent or guardian interview. During this interview, we will discuss the child’s academic strengths, weaknesses, learning needs, accommodations, and the subjects in which they need the most help. I will also explain how the curriculum works, how the sessions will be organized, what I expect from students, and how I plan to help each child make progress.

Students in fourth grade and above will also have a short introductory interview. This will give me a chance to learn about the student’s interests, learning preferences, goals, academic needs, and how they feel about joining the program. This interview will only take place with the knowledge and permission of the parent or guardian.

Every Friday, I will provide parents or guardians with a progress update. I will explain what the student completed, how they participated, what they are doing well, and what may need more attention. Parents will also be able to give feedback and discuss whether any part of the program needs to be adjusted.

Students in grades 1 through 4 will receive instruction in mathematics, reading, language arts, computer skills, critical thinking, ancient history, biology or general science, music, art, physical education, and health.

Grade 5 students will study Math 5/6, Reading 5, Language Arts 5, Computer 5, critical thinking, Early American history, zoology, music, art, physical education, and health.

Grade 6 students will study Math 6/7, Reading 6, Language Arts 6, introductory Spanish, Computer 6, critical thinking, Early American history, zoology, music, art, physical education, and health.

Grade 7 students will study pre-algebra, Reading 7, Language Arts 7, Spanish, Computer 7, critical thinking, Early American history, zoology, music, art, physical education, and health.

Grade 8 students will study Algebra I, Literature and Composition I, Spanish I, Computer 8, critical thinking, Early American history, zoology, music, art, physical education, and health.

Course placement may be adjusted based on a student’s skill level rather than grade level alone. Additional practice or extra work in a specific subject may also be available depending on the student’s needs.

This program does not include religious courses, Bible classes, or religious instruction.

Preschool and kindergarten will use a separate program. Preschool sessions will last one hour, and kindergarten sessions will last two hours. Their schedule will be arranged separately.

The main curriculum will be based on materials from Easy Peasy All-in-One Homeschool. I am not employed by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with Easy Peasy. This is an independent tutoring program and not an accredited school. Parents and guardians remain responsible for following any homeschooling, attendance, testing, and recordkeeping laws in their state.

There is currently no charge to participate. Space will be limited so that the groups stay small and students can receive meaningful support.

All enrollment and communication must go through a parent or legal guardian. I will not privately arrange tutoring with a child. Parents may observe sessions, and they must approve the online platform used for classes. Parents should not send sensitive information in the first message.

Parents or legal guardians who are interested may send me a Reddit message with the student’s grade level, the subjects in which they need help, their time zone, their general availability, and any questions about the program. Please do not send the student’s full name, home address, school name, medical information, or other private details in the first message.
