Hi all! I've been on a mission to ID everything in my yard, my primary goal for my yard is native ecosystem support. Located in Southern Ontario, Canada.
Is this a red, white or hybrid Mulberry? I've read up a bit so I realize it's likely a hybrid, but just in case I want to ask the tree experts of reddit. Even the tiniest possibility of pulling an endangered species is horrifying to me.
And if it's a hybrid my follow up question is: should I remove it? Is that the best thing to do if I care about the whole native species thing?
Thanks!
[Pictures include top and underside of a large leaf, stem where I broke the leaf off, leaf growing pattern off branch, and base of the plant -- tried to included everything I think is needed for ID?]
