Look at my beautiful, healthy "eggnant" Blue Chrystal Queen ya'll! 🥰 I hadn't really seen her around the tank in a little while, and started getting a bit worried. Had our Betta fish made her disappear ...?! (As Bettas can be known to do to their tankmates sometimes lol) Was she ok ... ?! Did she have a bad molt ...?! I wasn't sure what to think. But then all of the sudden, after I fed everybody tonight ... out she popped!

Belly so big, her body was dragging on the ground! She's the largest female shrimp in the tank. I call her "Big Mama". I'm so proud.

This guy (or gal) is big enough to carry away an algae wafer, stealing it from the corydoras.

I had to flip this photo upside down, so that the shrimp would be right side up... but it was a necessary action, so that I could show off how absolutely STUFFED this Mama shrimp is!

She's not the biggest or thickest pregnant shrimp I've ever had, but she's still a real beauty, and this is one of the best photos of a shrimp I've ever taken! 🤩📸 Having these little guys (and gals) is so fun.
