So the discussion to keep the sub's icon or not is going on, and I want to suggest something. Some people suggested this but hallowed trees have colorful leaves and the biome literally has a rainbow in the background. I made this image real quick, but I think this is just obvious enough to show the support for LGBTQ+ people (especially trans people) while doesn't look too activist-ish as an icon for a gaming community. The rainbow is what I want to include again because I'm also kind of queer and want to support not just trans people, so still not sure about the color of the tree. What do you think?

There is no need to change it. The current icon serves its purpose well and current discussion elevates transphobic voices while taking away focus from other, more important discussions. Either do a community poll to determine the next icon or ban people wasting time arguing over this. Please.

With The Odyssey's recent debut I wanted to create something ancient Greece-themed in Terraria, so I decided to recreate the Parthenon. It's not 1:1, of course, but I think it looks somewhat okay given my lack of experience building more complex buildings. The reason I have made this thread is the fact that I just cannot decide which version should be the final one between 1, 2, 3 and 4 (left to right). I understand that to someone who didn't build it, the differences might be basically minimal, but if you could pick the one that overall looks the best to you, I would be very grateful!
I am open to suggestions too, after I am not a very seasoned builder in this game yet. Thanks all :D

campfire and platforms are the only two things that show up for wood. No crafting table.

Like some sort of pet basket, you could place the pet summon item inside of it and pets could the roam around a bit instead of sitting in a chest, like some sort of pet terrarium.

Hey everyone, I am a new player and I wanted to upgrade my base before going into hardmode. I took inspo from a few videos but kept it mainly my personal work. I have a vision of the tower on the right maybe connecting to another building via a bridge, but I struggle more with what i can put in the actual tower itself to make it look good. Additionally not sure what type of chests would look good with this style of building. The decoration was rather difficult as I didn't even know what is available to me and what exists as blocks out there.
I'm open to any suggestions/tips even if they are generally about the build and not just the tower and storage room.

I am very open to suggestion for the label, I waffled for forever and still don't know if I like it
I designed the files for a terraria CD, this is the first of 5. The colors are weird because it's made for print.

I’ve never really put effort into building before so let me know if there are things that would look better!! I’m pretty early game so I don’t have anything from the traveling merchant.

Hi lads
Just looking for some building advice, so far I'm proud with this but I really love improving my stuff, so, some advice or opinions is appreciated 😼.
Edit
Decided to add which house is which.
Image 1: Just a map of the forest base. All forest NPCs are here, this was pre-hardmode.
Image 2: Bathroom. (Right before the Golfer's home)
Image 3: On the right, Bar area, dining area and Bartender's home. On the left, is the Guide's room.
Image 4: Guide's library!! Had to set up my day 1 heh. It's the one with the purple lighting.
Image 4: On the right, Zoologist's home. On the left, Golfer's home. These are the grassy homes.
Image 5: Dye trader's home. Desert.
Image 6: On the right, Gun trader's home. Very much not my proudest, I just wanted this one done ngl. On the left, nurse's home. Actually liked the nurse design
Image 7: On the top, painter's home. Had no idea where to go with him. On the bottom, is the dryad's home. I loved this one ngl. Lighting really helps it though.
Image 8: This is the underground one, demolitionist's home. By FAR my proudest. I seriously love how it turned out
