Hey, I'm frankly not sure on what to do.

I've been using a Lenovo YOGA 730-15IWL since around 2020, both as my drawing tablet and as my main computer. It's by no mean a high performance gaming laptop, but I just need to be able to draw and run a bunch of old games.

I replaced the default pen, Lenovo Active Pen 2, about 3 years ago with another one of the same make. But it quickly started causing me issues again. Now, I basically cannot go one minute without it lagging, having to be restarted, having to click its buttons repeatedly until it starts responding again, and it's now come to a point where it messes up my lines too much to be functional. Lines don't stop when they should, curves suddenly turn into straight lines...

I've tried every possible setting imaginable, and changing every battery (it has two different kinds, including one so rare it's apparently only used in niche medical equipments- and this singular pen.) Replacement pens are too expensive for me to blindly try a bunch of them, and checking for compatibility has felt like Russian roulette so far. Bamboo Ink gave me an even worse result with this device.

What should I do in your opinion? Is the pen the issue, or is the laptop itself simply too antiquated?

(Couple of reasons why I don't just bite the bullet and get a newer laptop: My budget is very limited, I have no idea where to start, I do not want to switch to an Ipad, to Procreate, or to go back to a screenless tablet. I'm not entirely opposed to the idea but I want to make the most informed decision possible.)

Hi guys. I’m Ginger I’m an artist and drawing a comic. May ik if I can buy a Bluetooth stylus to connect my laptop and use it to draw? The original stylus while can be still used I believe the plastic cap/ protective cap broke when drawing it and the tip was pretty unsteady now. May ik if there are other solutions? I also own an iPad thought I’m not sure if there’s a system where the iPad can mirror from the laptop to draw. Pls let me know 🙏🙏🙏

I was thinking of buying new nibs for my S Pen Tab S9, but I saw the nibs for the S Pen Tab S11 and wondered if they might be compatible with older models since the tips are slightly different

My friend just broke the nib of lenovo precision pen 3. Are there any alternative pens compatible with lenovo p11 pro tab or any pen that works on the surfaces where precision pen 3 works.

I updated my Innovator 16 to the latest driver. Now it won’t let me calibrate my pen. The red cross disappears before I can touch it. I am on Windows 11

Okay, so I'm officially contemplating putting my S-pen in its original box. The reason being, I'm using it more as a fidget, and that's causing me to leave it in random locations. I have not looked up how much a replacement would cost, but I'm not interested in replacing it anytime soon, and I'm also trying to be more proactive in taking care of my things. I'm planning to buy an iPad A16 for school, and I don't want to spend that much on an Apple Pencil (at least not yet 😅).

Can you guys recommend a good stylus pen that's compatible with the iPad A16? I'll mostly use it for note-taking, annotating PDFs, and a bit of drawing.

I had recently bought an HP Omnibook x flip 14" 2-in-1 convertible laptop with core ultra 5. The product ID is B5UJ1UA. My intentions with this laptop is to use it for college, light gaming, and drawing-- so I really need a compatible stylus. I have tried 2 of HP's stylus pens already and neither have worked. I tried the rechargeable active MPP 2 tilt pen and the rechargeable active g3 pen. I would rather not use one of those cheap, rubber styluses because I cannot get accurate stroke marks while drawing. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

Hello. I've been a digital artist since 2011, but, I need something for travels.

Multiple people independently told me to get a Lenovo ThinkPad and I found a X13 Yoga G2 for a good price. It's refurbished, it does not come with a stylus.

However, before I make the purchase I first need to make sure I can get my hands on a pen I'll actually like that's also compatible.

So! Reddit, please help me.
What models of pens are good for a X13 Yoga G2 ?

I would PREFER it not be the "X13 Yoga Pen" because that one looks extremely slim and I already have a RSI.

I am particularly eyeing the Digital Pen 2 - is that one compatible, with pen pressure and all?
