Stationery Storage Most loved storage for everyday carry and at home?

Curious for recommendations of favorite every day carry bags, things to organize accessories, at home storage options, and anything else people have found useful for storage and organization of stuff both at home and on the go.

I use mostly Midori notebooks and pads (A6-A4) in addition to lots of pens, markers, stickers, stamps, washi tape, accessories, etc.

Question Husband is travelling to US what to buy for someone how is addicted to stationery and notebooks

Husband is travelling to North Carolina and then to Atlanta. What’s the best buy from US considering I live in India. The kinda of things I love is TRP notebooks, fountain pen, inks, stamps, brush pens etc. I would like to know pens and calligraphy supplies that are easily available in US that is hard to find here in India. Also is there any chain stores in those places ?

Hi All! It seems like we can transfer the workshop tickets. Wondering if anyone has a TSL workshop ticket they will not be able to use. Would be more than happy to buy it. Day and time doesn’t matter.

Question 6 ring B6 hole punch!?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi friends! Does anyone have a recommendation for a 6 ring hole punch for a B6 size sticker binder? I keep searching and not finding the right item. Am I missing something obvious!? 🤦‍♀️ does this type of configuration not exist? Do I need to buy an adjustable and just shift the paper up and down? I feel like I’m going mad trying to get the right thing. Help please!!!

Question Dupes/Alternatives for the LIHIT LAB Smart Fit Slim Pen Case?

Thumbnail gallery
7 Upvotes

recently, i've been looking for a foldable, slim pen case and came across the LIHIT LAB Smart Fit Slim Pen Case. it looked perfect for me, but sadly it is either out of stock everywhere or costs triple its original selling price on ebay/import sites

what are some good alternatives or dupes of this type of case style/design you recommend? preferably one that is affordable? doesn't have to be exactly like this, though i am fond of the foldability and a clasp-based design. thanks!

I have a ticket to the Saturday morning Maki-e class with Kyuseido. Unfortunately, I’m unable to attend and reached out to Stationary Fest/Yoseka support- thank goodness! It looks like they’re maybe changing policy on a case-by-case basis? Just wanted to boost this info for anyone else in a similar situation or interested in going to that particular class.

Stationery Haul Unexpected find at my local dollar tree!

Post image
190 Upvotes

I’ve been wanting to try the clickart pens for a while now and got the chance when I found these at dollar tree! Granted I probably could have gotten a set of them for cheaper on Amazon, but it’s nice to have them readily available since I live in a small-ish town. Michael’s is the one “big” craft store we have with a few niche stores around but they don’t really carry the type of stationery I typically enjoy.

Question Must have stationaries for a pencil case

As the title says, what stationaries would you guys suggest I have as my edc.

I'll be carrying everything on a fairly large case.

Also I'm a student attending uni so something too costly would be a bit hard for me to acquire. But if you say it's worth it, I'll definitely go for it.

Writing Tools - Pens, Markers, Pencils Grandmother's Montblanc

Post image

My partner inherited her grandmother's Montblanc Meisterstück but there was a strange refill with a plastic spacer inside. She likes the random refill better than the actual Montblanc refill. So did her grandmother, there was a full box of unused Montblanc refills in the drawer. Can anyone help me identify it? No markings on it at all. It's a light writer, fine ballpoint

Show Off Made a hand carved leather cover because my notebook deserved a better outfit than I did

I like Traveler’s Notebooks because the paper inserts can be replaced once they are full, while the leather cover can stay with you for years. For this one, I carved and painted Gashadokuro, a giant Japanese skeleton yōkai, alongside cherry blossoms to represent memory and the passing of time.

Do you think a personalized reusable cover makes a notebook more enjoyable to use, or do you prefer keeping your stationery simple?
