I’m 37 and I hangout with teenagers and 20 something’s all day five days a week. Right next to my office is a bullpen with a dozen + 22-30 year olds at this moment. I’ve even been to some parties at the end of May with some of them who were leaving. What so strange about this… /s

What I see is an arm movement by the alleged gay guy, and drunks doing drunk people things. The video does not show the guy actually actively touching his penis. That’s not to say it didn’t happen, but he could have acted like he was going to and didn’t do it, but in the other guys eyes could be considered “gay shit”. Causing the problem as that was what he kept referring to and appeared to be angry about. As he continued to reference “that gay shit”. Which then (I’m not a lawyer) but I think could be now twisted and taken as a hate crime without substantial proof of the penis touching or grabbing.
However, there appears to of been an altercation of the supposed gay guy touching his girl and an apology from the alleged gay guy. So that did happen as he admitted and apologized. 🤷♂️
What the video does show, is drunk people doing stupid crap, and a trained fighter punching an alleged fat guy for “gay shit”.
If there was a sexual assault and the guy did do the alleged “penis touching” I’m not sure punching him twice is the right answer either. 🤷♂️
