Ginro was always a bit androginous and clearly less athletic than the serious characters such as Kinro. But bro used to have a build becoming of someone from an island culture, swimming every day and fishing with a spear. Sure he didn't do nearly as much Kinro or the other man, but early Ginro could've still do basic manual labor. But after Senko arrived and introduced easier methods to produce better food, Ginro probebly just stopped doing anything, because the survival aspect was gone. As a result, he slims down and his vuegly androginous features become just that - androginous. Ginro is what Man-o-sphere morons talk about. But honestly in my opinion the authors should have doubled down and make him a full time femboy. Certainly would have given Matsukaze more to "do".
