Let's say, during one of the arcs (classic or crystal) or just in general, a Villain uses a weapon that can drain the Sailor Crystals of their power WITHOUT killing the Senshi. They still have the crystals inside them, but their powers and ability to transform are gone.

How would this impact the series? How would each of the senshi feel? And if this were during one of the major arcs, how would it impact things?

Hi everyone! I recently got to see the shining theater musical, and would like to share my thoughts. First of all, you can get the ticket easily through their website or travel agents (the tickets for one of the shows I went to were sold out on the official site, but still available through a booking site, you couldn't choose the seat and drink though), the show has English subtitles and the staff speak some English, so it's very tourist friendly. The venue is beautifully decorated and easy to access, just a few minutes walk from the Shinagawa station. (It's also easy to find if you walk up the hill and enter from the side of the building, not the main entrance). I got the premium seat that came with the right to take a photo with the cast, exclusive merch (a keychain, a sticker and a tiny cake) and the drink. Before you book your tickets, check the schedule for the casts and the characters you can take the pictures with on that day.

I went twice to see both casts and thought I'd be able to compare, but it's hard - both Usagis, both Chibiusas and both Queens were amazing, and the rest of the cast didn't get much solo focus. Chibiusa was really the highlight of the story for me - she was adorable, had a big role and both actresses did so well. The musical is short, it's about 50 minutes and then 15 minutes of the live part (they perform 3 songs during this part) that allows recording. I liked the original story a lot! The songs weren't impressive enough imo to be listened to outside of the musical but worked very well as a part of it. One of the shows had live vocals and the other was lipsynced but I can't tell if this depends on the team or the time (the lipsynced show was the evening one, so maybe the cast was tired?). The costumes were beautiful, and Chibiusa's wig looked super fluffy and just so cute. The musical is meant to be watched from around the center stage, so any side of the stage is imo good seats. I think it's also encouraged to see it multiple times from different angles, and many Japanese fans looked like they had already been there.

There's a focus on supporting your favorite character (or favorite actress - I can't tell lol) - you can choose their themed drink, take pictures with their decorations, buy prints of the cast in costumes, and if you bring or buy the fanlight and use their color during the live part, you'll get some attention from the actress. In a way, the whole experience reminded me of idol shows.

Now, the downsides: the venue is flat, so I can imagine that the view from the back isn't the best. You can't use the toilets after the show, so save your drink for the end (lol). The tickets are quite expensive for such a short musical. I really didn't like the fact that they used ai for all backgrounds...

I am a big fan of the sailor moon musicals - I have seen all of the recorded ones multiple times, and went to see the super live in person. From the pov of someone who's seen all the previous ones, this show might be lacking a bit of the passion - it feels mass produced and social media oriented, I'd say? Still, it was fun! I'd recommend going if you're planning a trip to Japan!

Hi everyone! Im making this post because I had a question for you all. You See in the next couple weeks or so I've been thinking about getting a sailor moon themed tattoo! Only issue is im kinda stumped on what i want lol ^-^'. So i come to you fine people's to ask for your opinions. Now my favorite characters are eternal sailor moon and sailor V so if possible id like to keep it limited to those characters. If you find any cool art of either that would be cool for a tattoo or any opinions id appreciate it! Thank you! :)
