I've been wondering about the logic behind Mr. Frundles' existence.

When Jerry accidentally releases Mr. Frundles, it bites his foot almost immediately. From that point, the infection spreads at an absurd rate, with every newly created Mr. Frundles biting more people and objects. Within what seems like minutes, the entire Earth is transformed.

If that's how Mr. Frundles naturally behaves, how could it have ever existed in the wild before Rick captured it? Wouldn't it have already converted its entire planet—or even much more—long before Rick encountered it?

The only explanation I can think of is that Mr. Frundles somehow originated inside the containment field. However, that doesn't seem consistent with the Rick and Morty universe, where dangerous creatures are typically shown as existing freely in the wild before being captured.

Is there an in-universe explanation for this, or is it simply one of those comedic concepts that isn't meant to hold up under close scrutiny?

This was like before Rick was even Rick so he was just your regular science guy.i wonder how the cops dealt with it cause we see him in an ambulance and with cops there.i wonder how the questioning went down in the police station.i know the writers probably didn’t think much of it but it’s quite interesting to think how all of this was processed in universe with the cops and stuff.

If Morty wore it, would he have been able to see what Evil Morty was doing? Or do you guys think Evil Morty has also used these interdimensional goggles to spy on Rick C-137 through Prime Morty?

Do you think that rick "accidentally" turning everyone into praying mantis monster mutants in the prime dimension was really an accident? I think he was trying to attract rick prime's attention to the prime dimension, and was monitering it.

Seriously, a man who invented his own interdimensional travel couldn't cure a flu/love disease, and thought to make a "cure" with praying mantis DNA, I mean really, smartest guy in the universe couldnt have just stayed and fixed it like he has with different things that were worse situations, COUNTLESS times?...

Then he ditches that dimension to another one where Rick prime wouldnt find them hiding in.

So we know Rick is kinda Feared across the multiverse, especially amongst the crime rings, but how well known is evil morty? His actions were kinda contained to just Rick’s so would no one know who he is?

This season gives me hope for this show in general. No season comes even close to this one. The story telling, the visuals, the dry humor. Everything hits like it used to back in season 1-2 but improved. Im honestly shocked how good, entertaining it is.

Is this true? True or not it's how he feels deep down and it sucks. It's like the Ted episode where as soon as they found out what he could do they abused it.

Jerry is implied to hang out with Rick normally no strings attached often at least.

The idea of “classic Rick & Morty adventures” has been a concept lampshaded by the show as early as season 1. The formula seems to be as simple as “Rick drags Morty to X planet/dimension (which is usually pretty one-note/gimmicky) so Rick can get/do Y, shenanigans with crazy characters ensue”, but surprisingly few episodes actually follow it. This status quo was seemingly established by the pilot, because they’re already getting meta about it by “Meseeks and Destroy”, and after that the show regularly makes a point of implying that Rick and Morty are doing this sort of thing all the time off-screen (Concerto, Morty’s Mindblowers, Audit Observer, Mermaid Puss, etc) far more often than you actually see it in the show.

All that to say, I’m curious. Which episodes would you actually say qualify as “classic Rick and Morty adventures”?

Obviously the long wait kind of raised the stakes for expectations of season 3. The way season two starts and how it ends were both epic and emotionally gripping. I think season 3 had a lot of hype to live up to and for a lot of people, it was never going to fully live up to their expectations. And then you have the major cynicism fan base, I also think season 3 was an effort to appeal to a wider audience.

But then we had another decent wait when it was unknown what was going to happen. So I think
There’s this line for some of us: the Roland era, the era that probably had some Roland stuff that was in the works and then trying to emulate his work. And then the era where it was obvious that they were not going for consistency with writers because everyone was rotating.

And then it seems like they stopped that and Harmon probably closed ranks. And that’s where we’re at now.

But I do have to say the whimsy like

In Rick and Morty, why is it a multiversional law that Jerry and Beth always stop at two kids? Within the central finite curve we have seen millions versions of summer, million versions of Morty, but there isn't any third child? I mean, for something like that to happen invariably across the infinite multiverse (the central finite curve is a subset of the infinite multiverse, but it's still infinite), it has to be absolute, like 1+1=2. I have some theories about it, one is that the third child becomes so smart that rick isn't the smartest being alive anymore, therefore every universe that has the third child is not included in the central finite curve because the Curve only contains universes where Rick is the smartest being. Theory number two is that Jerry and Beth are so in love with the number two that the chance of them making the third child is basically zero, even if there are infinitely many universes, not a single one of them has them making the third child.
