Every book mentioned on The Rich Roll Podcast in the first half of 2026
I logged every book that came up on The Rich Roll Podcast over the first six months of the year, across 39 episodes. The list leans where the show usually goes: endurance, creativity, focus, and food.
The ones that came up most:
- Finding Ultra by Rich Roll, his own book, referenced in five different episodes.
- Atomic Habits by James Clear and Deep Work by Cal Newport, the two productivity books guests kept returning to.
- The Creative Act by Rick Rubin and The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, both from the creativity conversations.
The rest, roughly grouped:
- Creativity and flow: Big Magic, Creative Confidence, Flow
- Focus and grit: Digital Minimalism, Grit
- Body and food: Born to Run, Breath, Fiber Fueled, In Defense of Food, Healing Back Pain
- Meaning: Man's Search for Meaning, From Strength to Strength
- Tech: American Kingpin and Hatching Twitter, both by Nick Bilton, plus Moneyball
- Literature: Blood Meridian, Heart of Darkness, King Lear, Inferno
Green Eggs and Ham also turned up, which I did not expect.
