dual auto service has been stuck in research for 8 months without moving? ive gotten my other dual subs back but this one is just stuck

Looking for advice here. Bought a higher dollar card on eBay from a seller with 2000+ sales and 99.8% positive feedback, as well as the authentication guarantee. Fast forward, and I get a message saying there’s an issue with the card (shown in the second pic, first pic is from the listing).

Do authenticators have access to the original listing photos? These are obviously different cards, and the seller claims they sent the card in the original listing. Was this an honest mixup, or did the card get switched out by USPS/PSA?

I’m guessing my only option at this point is to take the refund, but want to double check here.

Card just popped this morning, it doesn’t seem like that plastic sleeve is there from the picture.

I have a few non super express grading submissions that are delayed but I'm wondering if delays are all across the board or only from a certain service tier bracket and below. Just wondering if I should also expect an upcoming delay on my super express submission right now.

My super express currently arrived with PSA July 17th, It's been in grading stage and the Est Completion is July 29 - Aug 3.

i really liked this card so i grabbed on off ebay and i also thot it would look rly rly cool in a slab, hopefully a 10. but this card rly doesn’t have any centering and i’m also very worried about how they’re gonna evaluate surface. i also don’t know how to submit this card on the website since i don’t see an option for it and i’ve never submitted one piece before. can i even send this in and what name/title would i submit it for psa’s system?

Is it normal for PSA to have two different cards with the same certification number? For example, I put in the certification number for an autographed/game used card of Jackson Lacombe and a Patrick Mahomes card also popped up along side with the same certification number.

Value Max, arrived May 11, should have been back July 2. Closing in on 50% longer than expected. Sigh.

I sent my cards off February on ascended release date and my cards got to QA 4 weeks ago today. Just wondering how long is expected as it’s my first time grading.

I will be trading some cards for this one, do you think it has PSA 10 potential? (Photos are from the person I will be doing the trade, I will make another post after the trade and will make better photos)

Hi!! This was my first time sending in to PSA. I sent in a crossgrade with Value Max and it has been so long. Can anyone share their experience with cross grading and how long it took? TIA!!

So I picked this card up and the centering (IMO) is very good, the back is overall very clean (confirmed the top left and bottom right specks are dust, the only actual faint spot is on the right border below where the light reflection is).

However, when I hold the card at an angle, under very bright desk lamp I can see a print line. When flat, it’s very hard to see unless you know where to look. I have heard stories where a print line won’t affect grade, others say they do. A friend of mine sent in the surging sparks Pikachu with a similar line and got a 10. Just debating if I should spend the time and money to send or not. I wouldn’t be overly upset at a 9, but this is part of a masterset too. What are your thoughts, and am I missing anything? Thanks.

What do we think this grades, and is it worth grading with walkthrough being 600+

I recently reviewed this card on eBay and immediately noticed the font was off. The slab feels right and the right things show up under blue lights but the font being so thin is throwing me off?

Hey guys, I picked up the CD Promo set recently, and was looking into advice on grading. I’ve considered sending this card off to get “repaired” and see if I could fix the SLIGHT crease in the top right. I tried flattening books on top of it but this is so minuscule that it didn’t do anything. I also noticed a slight mark on the right middle side on the back. Do you guys think this is enough to knock this card off of a PSA10 grade? Or should I send it in as is? The Gem Rate for this card specifically is 35% if that changes anything. Any and all advice on what to do regarding grading this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hi! I've been grading with PSA for a really long time. I noticed that recently (this past year), packages that ship from PSA after cards have been graded (if you purchased the cards via eBay and add the PSA grading add-on) don't have the "Hold at Location" option with FedEx anymore. Has anyone else had this experience, and do you know if they are planning to change that? Holding at Location was so convenient because you could just have your packages held at any FedEx Print and Ship location.

Is this deoxys good enough for a psa 6+? a 5 is breakeven but preferably id want a 6 or better , let me know what you guys think it would get
