Better luck next time, I guess

Finally got two of the coolest S/V era promos in my collection. They're in Spanish but both boxes were still cheaper than just the Kingdra promo in English. Also got to have fun opening the packs with my wife, as per usual Shrouded Fable treated me like crap. 😅

My grail 🥹. I’ve had my eye on this forever. My dreams finally came true today. This is hands down my favorite. There are just so many great cards out there. But for me this is art. There is no competition. He is the cutest.

I'm the guy that posted the video about target sending me Zygarde boxes instead of pitch black, a bit ago.

I was already having a really bad night, and I was just wanting to rip some cards to better my mood. And that was kinda the final straw, opening that package and seeing the wrong thing. But it's not the end of the world. It turns out, I didn't get screwed as bad as I thought. The value of all these sets are subjective anyways.

I really appreciate everyone pointing out to me, that it wasn't a terrible loss. I learned the boxes have some phantasmal, I'm an idiot and had no idea about thatl. That's my favorite set, so that made it a lot better knowing I got 12 phantasmal packs now. Sorry to anyone I argued with. The world doesn't revolve around me. Mistakes happen. To everyone that was nice and kind to me, thank you so much. It really helped turn my day around, despite all the hate I was getting. Keep being nice to others, the world would be such a better place if we all tried to be understanding more. I'm sure I'll get many more hate comments, but I just wanted to apologize for the way I was acting. It was embarrassing, and I am an adult I should have better regulations of my emotions. Sorry I was just frustrated. Most of you guys are cool in book! Thanks again

Started collecting in April after 25 year hiatus. Out of budget for now, but this is how far I got.

I haven’t been able to find Ascended Heroes anywhere since it dropped. I woke up early Tuesday and I finally got my hands on 2 Ascended Heroes boxes at Sam’s Club. Ripped one box and I think I’m going to retire ripping AH now.

Pitch Black has some great hit rates compared to previous sets I have opened.

Walked in to local family dollar and I grabbed this for my son. These will be his first packs of Pitch Black so wish him luck.

Been getting really into singles recently instead of blowing hundreds on booster bundles and boxes since the last couple times I ripped with my fiancce have been all duds lol. So we agreed that we'd only buy bundles or ETBs if theyre at MSRP with exception of the upcoming 30th anniversary. And since then, the both of us have been to 2 cards shows in the past couple weeks as well as betting online and we were able to get these bad boys. And a majority of them i was able to talk down on price or get below market value during auction. Most importantly of all, its nice to finally have a hobby my fiance enjoys with me lol
