Been playing loads of Front Mission, felt like whipping up this little Frost mech (or 'wanzer' as they're called in the series)

Seeking Critque Robot Wars - 13 Black
Always a fun design. I wanted to make use of merging meshes to make some more intricate body shapes (each disc is actually 3 cylinders stacked on top of each other, for example). Unfortunately, I haven't found a satisfying way to make the discs rotate at an angle, so any tips would be welcome!

Question Determining or normalising pixel density
Is there a a way to make UV's in picocad all the same pixel density? Or is this complete nonsense.

Seeking Critque Robot Wars - 101
Based off of: 101 | Robot Wars Wiki | Fandom
This was a good challenge to get some 'working' tracks going (Shoutout to PicoCAD Discord user Holland for the solution). Basically there are two overlapped track meshes and one of them gets hidden every 0.25 seconds. The track texture has been rotated between each, so it gives a very basic illusion of motion. I could have made it smoother with more 'frames' - and I may in the future - but I was happy enough with the solution to stick it online.

Art picocad kokedama to calm my brain

Made this to wind down. Kokedama is a Japanese way of growing a plant inside a moss ball, rather than a pot. They're fun to make! So was this.

Art A small Soy Sauce Fish
This one was a bit interesting to model and texture, especially in terms of lining up the texture to the faces of the "fish" that made the scales... scale properly.

Seeking Critque Steg-O-Saw-Us (PicoCAD2)
Probably very simple geometrically but the odd shape on the polygon meant I had to think about how the textures would warp a bit more than previously. Reference in comments.

I'm beside myself with excitement for the new Ghost in the Shell, so I whipped this up in the meantime, and a little cover of the OG main theme to match.
All models and animation done in PicoCAD 2, text and fx in post.
