I have the app Video Live Wallpaper by Naingdroid. This uses any video to make wall paper so i cut some film clips and kept the ones that worked well. Due the phone orientation anything you cut must be middle of the screen. Below is a list of whats included in the pack and here is the download link its 172mb.
