Good job to the engineer who left the bare edge of the glass completely unprotected and higher than the bezel.
Watch fell less than 20cm face first on to tiles and done.
Where can I get a replacement glass?

Upcoming firmware, usually deployed over a few days...

Love it's full width on PC, also more filters, oh and dark theme :-)
Even if the timeout option for notifications is on, (I tune it to 15 seconds)
The message don't going away
There something else I could do?
I've searched to see if anyone else has posted about this, but I often go check out a new app on apps.repebble.com that people post about and click the "ADD TO MY APPS" button... only to find out that it doesn't show up in the app. Then I go to Settings -> General and see that, yet again, my account isn't signed in. So every time, I sign in again, and the apps show up.
What keeps causing my account to be signed out in the Pebble app? Is this happening to others? Is there some timeout period? It's mildly infuriating. Please tell me I'm not the only one this is happening to. If so, I'll put in a bug report.

The one app that I really missed from Garmin was the Strength Training activity as I used to use it all the time. So I got Claude to recreate something very similar and a website https://pebblestrength.app/ where you can manage your workouts and see your progress. So far it only does automatic rep counting (using the accelerometer) for push-ups but I will add more exercises as I get more data. Visit the website for more information, the app is in both the rebble and repebble stores. It's all open source too.

Saved by Gadgetwraps after only three weeks since attaching the glass. Initially, I thought about getting a bumper, but right now, for sure, I will get one. I think I should have ordered a lot of tempered glass.

I still have quite a few Pebbles of various styles working thanks to Rebble. Recently I did a reset on a P2HR but was unable to reconnect to my Pixel 9a despite all the usual techniques. I decided to test it with the new app on my Fire tablet and successfully connected. The question: Shall I drop the old, Rebblized app from my phone and start moving my collection over to the new Pebble app, or would I lose too much of what I still enjoy in my watches that still work?

REAL WORLD EXPERIMENT! This is with speech recognition set to Cloud Only.
Me: Make a note that I took one Tylenol.
Pebble:
I need to know if I can come in time or not.
I'm making out, and I took one Tylenol.
Make a note that I took one time and all.
You can note that I won Tylenol.
Make a note that I can go untie or not.
Make a note that I took one Tylenol.
Sixth try!!! This is pretty representative of my experience. Isn't this the kind of thing that people will use index 01 for?
I find that it works well for "cliche" phrases like "I'm on my way home" or "Can you buy some milk?" but the more novel the sentence, the worse it is at getting it right.
I also tried paying $3 to use Rebble dictation and found it much better than Core's for single-word utterances (for example, adding "Laundry" to a checklist app), but not much better otherwise.
This is all on my original pebble time, so I don't want to be ungrateful since Core is providing this service to me for free. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the excellent dictation in gboard on android. But does anyone else's experience match mine?
Edit: Thanks to a very helpful comment I've been able to listen to the raw recordings. On my pebble time they are very noisy, and very sensitive to movement on my wrist. I've been able to get somewhat better results (still nowhere close to gboard) by 1) making sure the watch doesn't shift on my wrist at all while I'm talking, and 2) speaking right into the microphone hole, lips almost touching plastic, so that my voice is louder compared to the noise. And I do find Rebble's service to be better than Core's, worth the money for how often I use dictation.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I made an 8 ball app, it has the classic answers and currently 2 bonus packs, one IT themed and the other pop culture Movies/TV. Plus you can make a custom list with your own answers. Only on the Time 2 right now.
If anyone has ideas for things to add to the existing answer lists or entirely new fun or useful lists me know.
I'm not responsible for you breaking your screen while shaking your watch.

Is there a way to fix this? Was working fine until today.

…people creating their own watchfaces and apps using AI. More power to them!
But could we please either add a filter for them or teach them how to implement settings?
What we see here is just plain horrible.

I recently moved my Pebble device between Android phones. Both phones have an app installed which sends reminders to take medication.
Notifications have a "I've just taken it" action, which I could trigger on my PT2 on the old phone. On the new one that's not possible; I only get the usual options to mute, open on phone, dismiss etc.
I've also got a Garmin watch paired to the new phone and that can trigger the pill taken action.
There don't seem to be any obvious settings to change to fix this, unless anyone can think of anything I ought to look for?

Got my Pebble time 2 last month but was waiting for my gadget wraps screen protectors to arrive before I used it.
Feels good to have a pebble on again.

Can't seem to find anyone else who's had this problem and it's driving me a bit nuts. My Pebble Time 2 keeps stopping receiving notifications from my Poco X7 Pro. Often rebooting the phone will fix it, but sometimes I have to uninstal and reinstall the app. Sometimes it won't happen for a few days, but it'll usually happen at least once per day.
Everything will seem fine, and then I'll notice that I'm getting notifications on my phone and nothing is coming through on my watch. Pushing a test notification from the debug menu confirms they don't appear. The watch is connected, and for phonecalls it will vibrate and display the call, but nothing for notifications.
Things I've tried:
Re-pairing the watch
Cycling airplane mode
Making sure Android app battery management is off
Cycling quiet time
Enabling foreground service
Enabling local-only notifications
Updating watch firmware and app
Factory resetting the watch and reinstalling the app
Does anyone have any suggestions please? It seems to mostly happen after I've taken the watch off and left it somewhere on quiet time for a long period (say overnight) but I don't have the "standby on idle" function enabled which disables bluetooth to save power when it detects no movement for an extended period. It also can't be quiet time failing to turn off, as the notifications don't appear in notification history.
I'm on Android 16, Pebble OS 4.23.0, app version 1.6.0.8, watchface is Blockslide, I have notifications enabled for all apps but one, always send notifications off and delay notification vibration off.

On Windows and Android , apps that are uninstalled often leave behind orphan or data folders /files.
I'm wondering if the app uninstall process on Pebble completely remove the app as if it was never installed or does it too leave traces that eventually could fill up space

Dug up my old 2013 Pebble from storage and after quite a few hoops I managed to get it updated and working with the new Pebble app (got stuck in an update loop until I factory resetted the device. It was able to update afterwards)
Currently charging it to see how the battery holds up. It’s not entirely dead as it charges and holds a charge.
I think it’s pretty cool to see this device working again after 13 years!

Got my time 2 the other day (Yay!) and my first instinct was to scroll through the app drawer with the touch screen. unfortunately i was a little disappointed when nothing happened, as the motion of scrolling and selecting an app via touch feels very natural with the way its laid out.
I've searched around to see if its a planned feature or anything but i haven't found much. I Haven't been reading much of the updates other than shipping so i don't know if its planned or not. I just think it would be nice to enable touch on the pebble native apps, instead of apps developed specifically for that. Where it would work well. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Anyone know where I can get a mettle band that will fit the Pebble Time 2? This rubber shit is tearing up my wrist.
