I love playing path to warm up but getting to use him in ranked withiugh feeling like a complete throw has been amazing

Hi I'm returning player, I picked up again apex since Pathfinder got his buff but I don't understand how to grapple cancel since if I press the ability input it just uses the 2nd grapple mid air.

I used to cancel grapple mid fights, short jumps and optimal slingshots but right non I'm not having the same performance as before.

I have yet to see it actually make a difference and air control looks about the same so is there a guide or anyone here has tips?

I personally love it. Just kinda wish that the face looked better when looking directly ahead cause it looks so much better at an angle.

I tried to search online or with chat gpt but gpt told me I could start as a Vivisectionist Alchemist and change the mutagen skill to evolutionary states and the skill extract to organ adaptation but is it possible?

I love playing path and I have played since launch however recently I feel like pathfinders hitbox is HUGE I cant like take a brisk walk without getting slammed anyone else experience this? I know how to manipulate his grapple well but idk I just always seems to get smashed😭
