Did anyone see the events near the Vedettes de Pont Neuf exit/entry point today this evening? When I arrived on scene there were a bunch of teens with their families freaking out, and then the family of the teens freaking out at the teens and at a couple, then the woman of the couple crying and then one of the teens after apparently calming down ran over and hit the women of the couple. Then the family and mad teens ran off and then the cops came. Any intel on what led to this scene? For scientific purposes ofc

I was at Notre-Dame today around 10 AM and there was a massive security operation. A lot of police were around the cathedral, several streets were blocked, there were police vehicles everywhere and even police boats on the Seine.
There were also many bodyguards wearing earpieces and photographers. I never actually saw the person because they were in a restricted area near one of the cathedral’s entrances/portals, and people were not allowed close to that part.
Visitors could still enter Notre-Dame, but that specific area was blocked off.
Does anyone know who it was? Was there a politician, celebrity, royal, or another VIP visiting?

Mon application montre que je peux réserver le service Fileo d'Aulnay à mon domicile, mais quand j'ouvre l'application, ça veut dire qu'il n'y a pas de service disponible. Quelqu'un qui sait ça s'il vous plaît aidez-moi.

Je (H30) porte les cheveux très longs, genre plus de 50cm. Pour plein de raisons je voudrais tout couper et en profiter pour les donner à une oeuvre caritative, seulement voilà : ça fait si longtemps que je ne sais pas du tout quelle coupe courte me conviendrait, tant sur l'esthétique generale que ce qui collerait à mon style.

Pour la coiffure, dans l'idéal j'aimerai discuter avec un coiffeur qui puisse prendre son temps pour me conseiller, mais j'ai pas forcément les finances pour me payer un visagiste.

Pour ce qui est du don, j'ai vu les assos solidhair et fakehairdontcare, mais j'arrive pas à trouver des infos sur leur sérieux, et leurs coiffeurs partenaires m'inspirent pas forcément pour la coupe masculine.

Du coup je m'en remets à reddit, si vous avez une bonne adresse, des tuyaux ou une expérience similaire à partager, je vous écoute ! Merci !

I'll be in Paris for about a week in August and I wanted to ask you guys if there are any shops with guitars/effect pedals that have good deals/good prices.

By good, I mean prices that are lower than what you get if you google a certain product.

The shops I have seen (e.g., La pedale, by star music) kinda have the same prices as other online retailers (e.g., thomann).

Maybe there are some hidden gems that only local musicians might know about?

I am willing to travel outside of Paris, if there are any shops that are not within the city itself, just let me know.
