Is it normal go on HRT to even if you’re pangender. My dream body requires HRT and I was wondering if I was the only one.

Edit/more context: the thing is I’m not masculine and I don’t love being perceived that way. I identify pangender but wish to express it in a feminine way. However my body perceive masculine and was hoping HRT would help with that.
