I love the result but will admit that I made some "executive decisions" about painting strictly within some of the lines perfectly.

I ordered a stunning representation of the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum in Boston for my wife’s birthday - we’d visited there earlier this year. Thought I had gotten the order in plenty of time to have it delivered before the big day. Was wrong. That’s not the problem.
I received a confirmation email and a couple of updates including a tracking number. It wasn’t updated after about 5 days into the process and was out of chronological order for the first couple of days. That’s not the problem.
It arrived quite a bit after her birthday as shown in the photos. Sliced deeply enough to go through all the layers of the canvas. That’s a huge problem, but not *the* problem.
I’ve gotten daily folksy emails encouraging me to buy more stuff from them. That’s annoying but not the problem.
The problem is that after 3 emails to their support email address over a week’s time, I have had zero response. I honestly don’t know who sliced the ever-loving you-know-what out of my package, but would like some acknowledgement of how it can be fixed because it certainly wasn’t me.
At this point, I’ll probably just do a chargeback, but my recommendation would be to stay far away from Wander Painting just based on the utter lack of respect for customers. Bummer, because they have some really cool stuff.

I got the one on the far left (pictured of SKU included). Does anyone have the SKU for the cat with the pumpkin- second from left? That’s the only other one I want lol

I'm working on a flower pbn and one of the paint pots came completely dried out. It looks black in the pot but there is already black paint.
I substituted DecoArt Prussian Blue and I noticed it goes on really flat compared to the other paints.
Do you think this is a potential problem? Is there a way I could go about fixing this?
Thanks in advance for any input.

I'm just about to start my first PBN which was bought for me by my sister, it's a kind of folk art style on a solid black background (blurry photo of the box attached !)
Should I paint the details or the background first ? I can't decide which way round would be easiest to keep the lines neat ...
Thank you for any advice.

It took me two months to complete it gradually.

I had trouble with two of the paints — 17 and 18 — which were streaky no matter what I did to try to improve. Everything else was a dream. 36 colors // MyArt // roughly 11 days

I'm really trying to trust the process, but I'm liking this less and less as I go. 🫠 I am struggling with the motivation to complete it.

This is my first painting. I'm having trouble covering the lines and numbers but I'm having fun

I have been waiting for my painting by paint by numbers 3 weeks. Last week i finished my last one and ended up odering this one from Amazon, its boring, to many of the same color, and the paint was not good, so i had to match it with paint i had.

Just finished this today for a friend who has been collecting samurai swords for years. From Amazon, great paint quality and canvas.

Has anyone ordered within the last month? I know they’ve been having paint quality issues and I’m wondering if they’ve been resolved. Their paints were really good at one point and then they apparently dropped off. They have some paintings I really want to do including a Halloween one but I also don’t want to waste my money.

This Beauty in Colors from Amazon. I am slow working on it because I work on it at home and we are often gone.

Another week, another update. Husband got his stitches out, everything is fine. Yay! Drove 65 miles to get my hair cut by the woman who’s been doing it for a few decades, drove another 20 miles to a great popcorn store to get some flavored popcorn. I brought my sis some pickle and some buffalo ranch flavors while I got Parmesan garlic, spicy ranch, and caramel/jalapeño flavors. Get ready, heartburn!
But enough about me. Let’s talk about what I did this week. 🤭 I stepped back this morning and saw that I’ve been neglecting the middle part of the canvas, so I worked for an hour on it. Once it dries, I’ll do some more. Can’t have an uneven painting, can I?
I’m getting to the areas on canvas where it’s not all brown, which I’m so happy for. Brown is definitely not one of my favorite colors. In fact, I know that I do not have ONE predominantly brown article of clothing in my closet. So adding different colors will be a refreshing change.
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress this week!

This is my third piece so far and I think I am getting better at it. Any one have any suggestions on how to remove creases from the canvas? They come folded and I can’t for the life of me straighten it out
