MODPOST ⚠️ Regarding Sonam Wangchuk

This subreddit does not endorse or oppose any political ideology, movement, or public figure. That includes Sonam Wangchuk, political parties, activist groups, and every other cause, regardless of intent.

We have seen an increase in posts asking the subreddit to take an official stance. We will not be doing so.

Supporting men's mental health does not require this community to become a political platform. Many national issues, including the NEET paper leak, have had devastating consequences for people's mental health. That is a reality. It is also true that if we begin endorsing one political cause because it affects men, there is no principled way to refuse the next. Every major issue eventually intersects with men's lives.

A few points need to be addressed directly:

Being neutral means you're against Wangchuk.

No. Neutrality is not opposition. Choosing not to endorse a political movement is a decision about the scope of this community, not a judgment on the movement itself.

This subreddit is run by male feminists.

Labels do not change moderation policy. Rules are applied based on the purpose of the community, not on ideological identity. Personal attacks against moderators or members will not substitute for constructive discussion.

This is a men's rights issue, so the subreddit should support it.

This is a men's support community, not a political advocacy organization. Those are different missions. Our responsibility is to keep this space focused on helping men, not representing them politically.

The easiest mistake to make is believing that every problem deserves to be solved in the same room. It does not.

Political activism has its place. So do support communities. When you merge the two, the people who came here looking for understanding instead find ideological battles. The men who need this space the most are often the first to stop speaking.

Our responsibility is not to win political arguments. Our responsibility is to preserve a place where a man can talk about loneliness, grief, addiction, anxiety, relationships, or suicidal thoughts without those conversations being overshadowed by partisan conflict.

That boundary is intentional and it's how we have decided to protect the purpose of this community.

Future political posts, regardless of ideology or cause, will be removed. This policy applies equally to everyone.

Before applying, please answer the following:

  1. Do you support the purpose of this community and agree that content outside its scope should be removed?

This community is dedicated to brotherhood, personal growth, mutual support, and solidarity.

To maintain that focus:

• Posts or discussions centered on women, such as what women wear, do, or who they choose to be with, are not allowed.

• Blackpill, redpill, doomer, misogynistic, or similar content is prohibited.

• Content that promotes negativity, hostility, or broad generalizations about any group will be removed.

We aim to build a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented space. Members are encouraged to contribute constructively and support one another.

If you see content that violates these rules, please report it and avoid engaging with it.

  1. Are you a feminist?
  2. Can you keep politics out of moderation decisions and discussions?
  3. Do you believe this community should have a pro-men focus without being anti-anyone?
  4. Can you commit 8 to 10 hours per week to moderation?

A few realities of the role:

• No pay.

• Little recognition.

• You will receive criticism and occasional abuse from users.

• You will be expected to enforce the rules consistently, including removing women-centric posts except in limited, relevant cases.

If that sounds reasonable to you, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Feeling too left out

Hi guys. I’m 24, never had any intimate relationship or anything. I see all the teenagers living the best lifestyle. I feel left out of all the fun things people do. I need actual advice. I’m good looking guy with decent income as well. But never had sex and today I’m asking you which dating platform actually works. I’m tired of being single and need my needs taken care of. Ignore if you feel it’s a wrong thing. I’m not against anyone. There are just some moments some days where you feel alone. Thats it.

Men's Legal Rights ⚖️ Stop letting women think they can say whatever they want to men and get away with it. Know your rights.

Women in a women specific subreddit where discussing about there rights in India. However, they forgot that rights come with responsibilities, and if you don't know how to use your rights, your own case can go against you.

Anyway, there are still many rights men can use in there favour.

If a women files a case against you under BNS 74,75 and 78 which deal with outrage the modesty of a women and sexual harassment, which is like 3-5 years of prison. You need to understand that just because you automatically commited an act does not make you a criminal under Actus Reus, the court of law determines Mens Rea ( criminal mind) and if the the court is not able to determine that you can use these laws -

BNS 248/IPC 211 -Malicious prosecution. A law which grants imprisonment upto 5 to 10 years.

Incase of tampering with the evidence it goes upto life imprisonment.

If a women tries to harm you or 🍇you, file a case under -

BNS 130- Deals with assault though not a strong law.

BNS 133 - Criminal force to dishonour a person, carries imprisonment upto 2 years of imprisonment.

BNS 117 - Grevious hurt against a man can go upto 7 years.

If a women passes vulgar and derogatory comments on you on social media or in public -

BNS 352 - Criminal intimadation. If a women threatens you, just record it. Upto 2 years impronment.

BNS 296 - Obscenity laws, if a women passes blatant derogatory vulgar language against you.

People think that women can get away with whatever they do, but that is not possible if you know your rights and how to use them.

Now I am personally not a believer of the police state and prison system, I believe in rehabilatation but since carceral feminists believe in the police state, let them get a taste of there own medicine.

Vent Hit the absolute rock bottom. What do I do?

TLDR : Betrayal, loss of people in my life who I loved, and some of the harshest words I had to hear from my mom.

A few things about me, Im a final year student at VNIT Nagpur. I live abroad but chose this college for my graduation after my JEE score.
In my first yr, I met this girl through a dating app, and we were in love in the very first month. Things were rough from the start due to me having a problem with her past and it took a while for me to get comfortable with it but we got through. Fast forward, a month ago, she decided to break up with me. Mind you, I was facing serious problems in my life personally, My intern got revoked, my parents werent talking to me at all and I was carrying a lot of bs from my college. She had exams during that time so I held my grounds and did not tell her anything about what was going on in my life. After exams, she said she was going to a club for the first time, and I said no worries just dont get drunk as she has had a terrible experience before which i did not want to happen again. And that night she had a vodka shot (she did tell me but i still insisted not to because she has a very low tolerance). And she ended up at some other place, a girl's bf's place from her group according to her. I was furious at first but things then settled down. I decided to open upto her, but she said she had a workshop coming up, I waited so that she does not get burdened with all of this. And the workshop got cancelled as it did not have a lot of registrations. But she decided to go clubbing again to which i was fine with as her exams were just over. But during that time, she did not text me once, the entire clubbing night. And after the club closed, I waited for her to text or call me she didnt. i saw her location and she was moving, and I caught her lying to me about who she was with (she was third wheeling her best friend and her new date) whereas she told me she was with the other girls only. She apologised to me in the morning and told me she only lied because I had a lot of anxiety the last time similar thing happened and she had informed me. I was way too broken during that time, and I said I wanted to slap and hit her (I meant to slap or hit any other of my friend if they did the same level of betrayal to me). And the moment I realised what I had texted, I apologised. I begged to her that I meant none of it and how sorry I was for whatever I ever did to her. She broke up with me and since then I tried everything but she has stood her ground. Day before yesterday, finally I asked my friend to talk to her (I asked alot of people to talk to her but she did not want to come back regardless) and she said she wouldnt mind talking to me but that would give me hopes of getting back with her and that she has already kinda moved on (this was a 2 yr old relationship and she had written in all of the letters about how we would marry and live our lives, ik sounds cliche but it is what it is). One of my friends inquired and she had a bumble account, had integrated herself in the group who she was with the entire night (i still suspect cheating cuz a lot of loopholes exist in her story) and hosting house parties at other's flats as she cant do that at her house and that she stays out of the hostel majority of the times for a nightout (someone comes to pick her up in a car) and doesnt go to the college either.
During this time, I told this to my mom cuz I had a lot of shit going and she called me by my pet name saying u r my son u can tell. Even if u wish to cry, come to my lap and cry, and I broke down. I asked her to promise me not to tell my dad but she did anyways. I told her the whole story, and she then stopped talking to me telling me how idiot I am and stuff. My parents started fighting over this issue every single day and I couldnt bear it already. My dad came into my room one day and told me how I failed as a son. The next day my mom came to me and told me how she failed as a mother, as a wife and as a daughter in law. All of this was too much but then she hit me with this "I shouldnt have given u birth, I should have aborted you." And that had my body shiver and send chilling nerves to the point I still shiver whenever I think about what she said that day. I somehow held on and cracked a 6 month intern at one of the MNCs. But today I got a notice from my college that my previous semester has been declared void and that I will have to repeat all the subjects and that technically results in a 5th year of my college. And when I told this to my mom, she said the exact same thing again, my dad called my grandparents and asked them to never contact me again, and to not send me any financial help whatsoever, my dad booked flight for 26th of July to Nagpur and asked me to fuck off from this house and never show him my face again. My brother told me if they ever separate have this imprinted in ur head it is ur fault.
All of this has reached a point where I have literally nothing left in my life, the love of my life left at a situation she created, my parents left, and everything seems to be failing. I believed in lord Shiva and he threw me into a hole so deep I dont even know how I would come out of this. I have been through serious mental breakdowns for the past 2 months with no support whatsoever. And all I want currently is to go back to my ex, to her holding me in her arms and just tell me everything will be fine, cuz the only lap I ever cried to was hers and my mothers. And I am ashamed to go back to my mom.
I have absolutely no clue as to what is to be done further, my college registration will only be accepted if either of my parents come to the college which clearly isnt going to happen. This is the absolute rock bottom and I feel nothing is going to fix this situation. And I feel life as come to a complete end.

How women can misuse the women centric laws to punish innocent men, we all know and this had repeated yet again.

These cases keep on proving how men are punished with just false cases and defamed till the case has been proved to be false.

This women who file false case photos are not shown by any news channel or any news social pages, but the victim who was falsely accused has been shown multiple times to be defamed, which is what this women wants to do.

These false cases should be take seriously amd women should be punished hard to make an example how false case should be treated in future.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Real work culture in Mumbai BPOs? (Arranged Marriage)

Hey guys myself 28M, got an arranged marriage proposal from a girl 24F working in a BPO in Mumbai .

I’ve heard a lot of negative things floating around about the culture—late night shifts, heavy party/drinking culture, hookups, and casual dating scenes in call centers.

For anyone who’s actually worked in Mumbai BPOs or knows the environment closely—what’s the ground reality? Is all of that just blown-out rumor, or are those genuine red flags to keep in mind? Would appreciate some honest perspectives from people in the industry.

Pls guys genuinely I need your advice

Replies from Everyone Lack of physical intimacy in marriage

Hi everyone. I need some advice

I (32M) got married 6 months ago through an arranged marriage. We had around 6 months of courtship before the wedding. During that time we spoke a lot, met several times, and discussed almost everything except physical intimacy. I didn't want to bring it up because I thought it might make her uncomfortable before marriage.

My wife is an amazing person. She is very kind, well educated, financially independent, and I genuinely feel lucky to have married her.

The issue started during our honeymoon in kashmir. When I tried to get physically close, she told me she needed time. I completely understood and never pressured her. Later, she told me she has never even touched herself. She comes from a very orthodox family, and even today she doesn't wear shorts or sleeveless clothes, even at home. I think because of that, even being seen by her husband feels very uncomfortable for her.

The problem is that it's been 6 months now. We are currently in different cities because of work, so we only meet about once a month for a few days. Even now she's not comfortable with hugging or cuddling. We sleep on the same bed with a gap between us. Sometimes I lie awake crying because I start wondering if she even likes me.

I've tried to make her feel loved and safe. I take her out on dates, bring her flowers and small gifts, write her poems, even sing songs for her . Before marriage, I told my parents that she wouldn't be expected to do household work. When she visits my parents' home, I handle everything. I can cook, clean, and manage the house. I even set up our new home almost entirely by myself because I didn't want her to feel burdened.

I also make sure I take care of myself. I shower before bed, brush and floss regularly, use deodorant, and maintain good hygiene. So I don't think it's an issue of cleanliness or personal care.

I've spoken to her about how I'm feeling a few times. She always says she just needs more time. I know she feels safe with me. In fact, she knows I won't even hold her hand without her permission. I respect her boundaries completely.

But emotionally, this is becoming very difficult for me. It feels less like a marriage and more like two good friends or roommates. I'm starting to overthink everything and wonder if I'll have to keep asking for affection forever. I don't even know if she's physically attracted to me or if this is simply because of her upbringing.

I'm not looking for ways to pressure her into intimacy. I genuinely want to understand what might be going on and what I should do next. Has anyone here experienced something similar, either personally or with a spouse? How did things change, if they did?I'd really appreciate honest advice.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Should I anonymously warn the groom before his marriage, or stay out of it?

I'm in a very uncomfortable situation and genuinely don't know what the right thing to do is.

Let's call them:

A -> good guy (son of one of my friends of my father)

B -> A's fiancé (I know her that she is C's girlfriend)

C -> the fuxk boi and B's boyfriend (I know him because of friends' friend, I never talked to him)

A and B got engaged around six months ago. The wedding has been delayed because A's family is building a new house and wants to bring their daughter-in-law into the new home. A comes from a simple, respectable family and, from what I know, has been treating B well. Buying her gifts, including an iPhone, and generally investing in the relationship.

C is fuxk boi as I said, he says that B doesn't want to leave him but don't want to marry him. But they are still having s*x and he says that after her engagement its more fun to do with her. He says A wants to chat with her in night but she ignores him by saying she want to sleep and B and C do video call using the same iphone and do all nfsw stuff. Also he claims that B asks money from A and she give it to him.

Now, I know these are C's claims, and I don't have concrete proof beyond what he's been saying in his friend circle. He could be telling the truth, exaggerating, or even lying.

This leaves me with a dilemma.

Part of me feels A deserves to know before marrying someone if there's even a chance this is true. Another part of me feels I shouldn't interfere in someone else's life, especially when my information is second-hand and I don't want to get dragged into unnecessary drama.

In this case, what should I do:

  1. Stay completely out of it.

  2. Inform A anonymously so he can verify things himself.

  3. Tell this to my father and somehow my father will pass this msg to A's parents.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Question to Straight Men: How do you perceive gay/bi/queer men?

Post image

Do you consider us as your equal (as we have same gender) or you consider us as someone inferior or someone superior?

Do you think we are submissive or desperate or just unnatural?

The picture is a subtle euphemism for what I wanted to ask
left pic: submissive, someone 💅🏻
right pic: dominant, someone URGH👺

while i know straight men can be submissive too and queer men can be dominant too, but stereotypically speaking the straight men are called as dominant more

anyway to maintain decorum i will not use any offensive words or slurs or stereotypes, my question is how do you see us?
