It was a show, not genuine. The Olympics were used specifically as propaganda to trick the world into thinking the concerns over racist NAZI policies were overblown. Immediately after the Olympics, Hitler started his ghetto program where millions of Jews and other minorities would be systematically relocated, robbed, and killed. Roosevelt had no such plans. So for you to say that Hitler showed less racism than Roosevelt just shows that you've bought the simplified, NAZI narrative.
