"Probably never happened" buddy this isn't robin hood. This story has witches, 10 foot cannibals, cyclops, huge sea monsters, and immortal nymph girls. This did not happen.

It is, well parts of it are.

Both are distortion of real events with supernatural stuff added.

We know for vast parts of the bible what's probably real and what's not. With the Odysee not so much. Funnily enough a Mycenian trip to America actually explains a lot of it though
