I live on a street like this, they always splash me when I clear the drain when it’s like this. I stare them down at least because they hit a light directly after.

There are businesses across the street and they don’t clear their drains so their side backs up into the street. The side with houses is always clear. Really frustrating. Even when it is clogged, they don’t fix it, residents have to.

I mean you could start throwing rocks at those who do, it's not like they can see in their mirrors with that splash, just claim it must be the wind
