Why is the whole street relying on only one storm drain?
4 u/thats-wrong 1d ago And why, in this day and age, can we not design a better drain cover that will take in the garbage and somehow deal with it, preventing this? I understand it's costly but I'm not sure if there aren't innovative solutions to be explored.
