Nah, car culture actually dictates you slow down when people can get splashed and speed up when nobody is around so you make a bigger splash. This is asshole culture.

They probably saw the video where the crackhead is vacuum cleaning the lawn and figured great here we go. We got another one with a damn broom, trying to sweep the water away.

Same. The whole appeal is watching the drain go from completely blocked to suddenly swallowing the street, and the edits keep jumping past the best part.

Yep. I know that watching the whole video in real time takes forever, so it would have been great if they’d just sped up the parts that took long as opposed to cutting.
