We saw Iggy Pop (whom Kevin hauled off and punched after repeatedly being harassed by him), and saw a bunch of punk shows. I moved away from Brooklyn in 82 talked to Kevin once or twice, but lost touch. through the years random search’s for old friends led to dead ends. I see he was in early Ny HC band Sarcasm. anyone in contact with him?

I am booking a tour for some crossover thrash bands and have booked shows all over the East Coast and I have never had the experience I have booking NY. Consistently every venue wants to know how many people we expect to bring in, many ask if we sell tickets ourselves. I am running into the same dozen venues and getting the same response or none. Does NY have a hardcore and metal scene? Where do you book your shows?
