Insane that they're begging us for 10 billion dollars after they sheltered Bin Laden from us for a decade...

28

u/Shadowthron8 1h ago

Dude we’re literally gonna help Saudi Arabia build nuclear reactors and enrich uranium after the funded and helped plan 9/11

At least Pakistan is only asking to be paid for trying to stop a war

Saudi Arabia: funding and planning 9/11
Pakistan: giving refuge to the people who did it
America: invades Iraq

Coming soon: Iran

10 billion is the same amount he's been trying to get for his board of peace so mayb this is Pakistans way of getting on the board

u/chrosairs 27m ago

As if they weren't doing that on Bush's orders. That is how they kept raiding Afghanistan

You gotta cash in on chits early, or you'll be treated like a contractor who worked on a bankrupt NJ casino.

How much do you want to bet Trump promised them this money if they mediated because he couldn't get Iran to the table after he realized how badly he fucked up.

u/tabrizzi 6h ago

Yeah, the guy in charge doesn't like paying his bills. What is it going to take before people all over the world learn that any relationship with the guy is like a 1-way street?

u/New_Housing785 7h ago

Like Trump would pay even a legitimate bill.

21

u/Vulcanize_It 5h ago

He doesn’t care about taxpayer money. Send him a few $mil via his crypto business and that $10 billion could come quick.

2

u/Drupain 4h ago

Yea, he things he’s playing monopoly.

2

u/Masrim 3h ago

Nah, he gets off on people being upset that he didn't pay him, that's part of the experience, he gets what he wants and then gets to fuck you over too.

14

u/Daren_I 6h ago

Not even close to legit though. They are still fighting.

27

u/SynthD 6h ago

They billed Trump each time he claimed the war was over. Repeats are his fault.

6

u/SaltyShawarma 5h ago

Yeah, but Pakistan has done everything they have been told to do by trump and they think he will pay them for it. Suckers.

Unfortunately we are stupid enough to fall for Pakistan's antics. We already give them billions in military aid. Trump is such a moron that he'll probably fall for this too.

Good, it is better there than funding Israel or your wars

When you deal with a trump you always demand the money up front.

These hidden hotel fees are getting out of hand.

7

u/TrueBoot4567 4h ago

Here I thought they were doing it out of goodwill.

I mean the results speak for themselves.

Bold move after taking US money and harboring Bin Laden all those years

u/chrosairs 25m ago

Eh deal with it. The Us has been extremely bold policing the world after killing Iraq over lies

They learned quickly at the knee of the Grifter

u/ehowardhunt 1h ago

Get in line behind the thousands of other people he owes.

u/ProofByVerbosity 6h ago

Haha....for fucking what? A couple sketchy hotel rooms and security? Didn't they get a little favoritism in return with thier dispute with India? Also, why would you pay for 0 results?

0

u/EducationalImpact633 5h ago

Don’t you pay lawyers for 0 results all the time in the us lol

1

u/Imbendo 4h ago

Same way you pay doctors for zero results.

u/ProofByVerbosity 5h ago

Im not American so not nearly as often for as much, but fair point.

Pakistan made more money from remittance ($38b sent back by overseas pakistanis) than exports ($30b) in 2025! The place survives on handouts thanks to its military dictatorship that ran the place into the ground.

9

u/tabrizzi 6h ago

I'm pretty sure people are free to send their money any where they feel like sending it to.

-1

u/Total_Drongo_Moron 5h ago

Well the BCCI bank got shut down, so that is no longer a laundry available to Pakistanis.

-3

u/Intrepid_Income_3051 5h ago

At least try and pretend to understand the numbers you're talking about.

-12

u/kapsama 4h ago

As if India is much better. Survived on remittances for decades.

13

u/Gooner-Kissinger 4h ago edited 4h ago

What's with this weird obsession pakistanis have on social media of bringing up misinformation about India in every topic about themselves.

A quick search from the worldbank shows youre completely wrong, like usual:
https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/BX.TRF.PWKR.DT.GD.ZS?locations=IN-PK&most_recent_value_desc=true

1980 Remittance as % of GDP: Pakistan 10%, India 1%

2026 Remittance as % of GDP: Pakistan 10%, India 3.8%

lol

u/tj9429 4h ago

Why bring up India? Insecure much?

-8

u/kapsama 4h ago

Good question. Why do Indians constantly talk about Pakistan? Is it insecurity? Or Hindutva brainwashing.

10

u/tj9429 3h ago

Damn why even try to project when the likes of Bin Laden and David Headley give you 5/5 on TripAdvisor?

Turkish blood lul.

-9

u/kapsama 3h ago

Whatever that means Modi Jr.

u/tj9429 2h ago

Alright West Bangladesh

It's amusing how you Pakistanis always bring up India out of nowhere. Yet, I must say, India has far surpassed Pakistan these days.

Today as a portion of GDP, remittances are around 3% of India's GDP, yet they make up a massive 10% of Pakistan's GDP. India also has a higher GDP per capita than Pakistan, a higher HDI, and Pakistan has a poverty rate that is 3 times higher than India. Oh, and that's not even mentioning that India isn't the one begging us for 10 billion dollars, Pakistan is.

u/kapsama 29m ago

It's amusing that you're projecting this much. The person I replied to is Indian. Out of nowhere he just had to share some information about Pakistan as if he's a neutral party. Why are you guys so obsessed?

3

u/Dunnowhathatis 1h ago

$10B to Pakistan, then 50% of that to Trump Org

1

u/Exact_Package_7264 1h ago

Pakistan's government somehow makes the Trump Org look perfectly innocent

3

u/Same_Ladder2344 1h ago

If begging was a sport

6

u/amitsly 5h ago

Lmao, Pakistan offered to do that and now they want money

3

u/zach_doesnt_care 3h ago

They should have known that Trump always stiffs his contractors, useless they have something on him.

9

u/PhgAH 5h ago

Pakistan never miss a chance to ask for a hand out, lmao.

2

u/uddipta 3h ago

How much is that in chinese missiles and planes?

5

u/LameAfro 5h ago

Does everyone want hand outs from us.

They should just pull their own bootstraps and work like the rest of us

1

u/EducationalImpact633 5h ago

They did mediate between you idiots and the Iranians that was attacked, do you think they should have done it for free ?

1

u/Exact_Package_7264 1h ago

how'd that "mediation" work out? now both iran and america know that pakistan lied to both sides to make it seem like a better deal, and the war is in full swing again.

3

u/FOTY2015 3h ago

Mercenary little shits. Maybe the US could consider their request if Pakistan destroys all of the Iranian planes they sheltered.

3

u/tj9429 4h ago

Well the prevalent news was that Pakistan "offered" to mediate. Unless these are actual costs of arrangements, 10b is fucked up.

u/chrosairs 23m ago

Pocket change for the US, might as well hand it over

3

u/chrosairs 4h ago

I respect the hustle Pakistan

5

u/CartesianEffort 7h ago

Can countries all over the world seek fund from US for making oil price going up ? I feel wronged

2

u/jumbee85 5h ago

For all the desire on the right to have a businessman president they sure as hell picked the wrong one because hes swiping the government credit card like a Zorp member the night of the end.

u/0fficerGeorgeGreen 4m ago

Lots of people saying the US won't pay that, and if it was Trump's own money you'd totally be right. But this is taxpayer money. Now imagine if there is some sort of kickback or other payment to Trump as part of this.

IMO, if Trump is able to make a single dollar for himself, he'll be willing to spend $10 billion of our money to get it. As long as there are NDAs signed of course.

1

u/fuzzycuffs 5h ago

Trump doesn't pay his contractors, who thinks he'd pay you?

Cash up front.
