So sometime in the late 90s or early 2000s before I was born my grandfather had gotten a tattoo of Marvin the Martian and Mickey Mouse on either arm, while he has since passed I now have Marvin the Martian tattooed on the same spot (I think)

yeonjae tattoo got a nerd tattoo done to our requirements. We call it nerd tattoos, but the design and lines are not nerd at all. satisfying line.

I recently got my EdD, this past May, and my best friend is finishing up his DMA in December. I turned him on to One Piece, and it's definitely helped each of us through the slog of doctoral work and dissertation writing. We want to get matching tattoos to mark this milestone.

I originally thought of the Straw Hat symbol, but with a doctoral tam. After mocking it up I don't think the One Piece source material would come through. We're both big fans of Zoro, and my favorite character is Jimbie by a bit. Looking to this great Fandom for any potential inspiration. Thanks for reading!
