So, my mom is growing mushrooms and I'm finding better ways to distribute it. Whole doing so, we cousins always make some healthy things to eat homemade tofu, soups and we recently made microgreen salads.

It was great and I genuinely saw 1-2 places selling microgreens. I know there's so little demand but if I want to start selling out microgreens or healthy bowls with homegrown microgreens, mushrooms, exotic veggies then is there a market for this?
