damn fucking right. I had a film teacher who first-day made the point to say that though he wasn't a fan of most hollywood movies, the crews who make them are fucking pros.

Still, why wouldn't he only watch shaky-cam Euro stuff, instead? Some of it is good - Amelie and Underground are better than most Hollywood movies.

Y'see when you're a professor who teaches film production, it's important to watch a lot of different kinds of film. Not JUST hollywood movies.
