User deleted 6 comments on a post, couldn't find a commenit or modmail telling them to, and haven't gotten an answer from my fellow mods. The link to YouTube, a song named Sloop John B. doesn't help in my confusion

First image is reply to comment removal, second image is ban message for same comment. They were demanding OP to be banned for not replying instantly to comments, while OP were likely sobbing for having to put down a 1 year old cat
