Redstone & Techs I was trying to build a rail system today and this is what happened (bedrock)

I don't know if anyone has already discovered this, but it's like a two-observer system, and I've already forgotten about the initial problem with the rails.

Builds & Maps First time visiting a Woodland Mansion. Did I do okay?
Traveled what felt like half the world to finally reach my first Woodland Mansion. While exploring, I found some wool and thought I'd burn a single block to see if there was a hidden room behind it. Turns out Woodland Mansions are extremely flammable...
I managed to kill all 3 Evokers but by the time I was done, the entire mansion had burned down and collapsed into... whatever this is. I guess the mission was technically... a success?

Help Bedrock Early game trying to find some direction in my new Forever World (Bedrock - PS5)
I've played Minecraft here and there in the past, however I've never really played with the goal of having a world I can have permanently and come back to whenever I feel the need to play and vibe out. I'm struggling to give myself some direction on how my play sessions at the moment should be focused. I have a decent amount of early game supplies, a base, some livestock, and a farm for crops, and just set up my enchanting table. I also constructed a Nether Portal, and a village outside my base.
I'm playing on Survival, usually whenever I do a big building project I switch to Peaceful, but for the most part just keep it on lower difficulties, not sure if that makes a difference with loot or drops or anything. I built a small village next to my main base so I can have some good traders next door and within walking distance, focusing mostly on librarians for certain enchantments. I'm just sort of stuck on what to do...next?
Do I just try to hit the mines and hoard diamonds till I get a full set? Do I focus on making enchanted books for my gear? I keep seeing posts about mob/ xp farms but just not sure what is the most feasible thing to do at this point. Should I make some sort of xp farm? Focus on trading with villagers? Explore a few maps?
I feel like everytime I hop on I end up doing a little bit of each, fish up a few rare items, explore a bit of my map, trade a bit, and then I get distracted and end up decorating my base perimeter and village 🤣. Just looking for some pointers on what the next steps should be to elevate my coffers, loot, and feel like I'm making some sort of tangible progress.

Discussion There are 2 teams, mine is outnumbered and outgeared, tomorrow we fight, what should we do?
Ok a bit of context, the server is with a few friends, the team I'm in has 4 people, and the 2 other teams merged into one against us, and they have more AND better gear, any ideas of strange unpredictable strategies we can use to beat them?
