This is....so wrong lol. Just because people can afford to settle down and own doesn't mean it makes sense for them.

Tons of working professionals rent bc they are constantly on the move. Your worldviews are really really wrong my guy.

Working professionals does not equal independently wealthy. Independently weathy was the excuse for not having a job or being home during the day in the thread that you responded to me in. Working professionals are not unemployed by definition and if they were independently wealthy, why would they be working professionals? But thanks for the "akshooaly" reply.

If i was 'independently wealthy' I wouldn't mind living in SF for a year or two. Its good to travel.
