Anyone seen this shit?
[Matte Moretto] Real Madrid has agreed personal terms with Rodri; Negotiations with City have not begun yet
Matte Moretto on X :
*"Real Madrid already has Rodri's green light and, from a contractual standpoint, the parties are already very close. Florentino Pérez is now showing himself much more open to the possibility of signing him. There is still no negotiation ongoing with Manchester City."*

First time visiting UK and Ethihad
First time visiting UK and also the first time for me visiting the Ethihad. Just want to check if there are any tips for a first time visitor like me? E.g any chance for me to see the players up close? How early should i be there? Which are the must see area around the stadium and also food options prior to the game.
I got myself a pair of tickets at section 022 and just wondering if the players would also go near to the stands after the game to interact with fans?

A question regarding Friendlies.
Question does anyone know if the friendlies will be shown in any specific place? Or are they not televised?

Planning International Travel Around a Match
At the end of last season I won a sweepstakes through my local supporters club in Phoenix Arizona. The prize I won was a trip to Manchester to see a City match of my choice. The derby match in March looks like a really good time for my partner and I to travel and would be ideal to see. I have already signed up for and paid for match day memberships and I know that I have to wait “several weeks prior to each match,” to get tickets. My question is, is there any kind of likelihood that tickets to the United match sell out before new match day members get access to tickets?
Or in other words, is it safe to buy plane tickets and book accommodations around the derby and assume I’ll be able to secure tickets when they release?
Also, does anyone know in past years how close to match dates tickets for Arsenal, Leeds, Liverpool and United were released?
Thanks in advance for any info and hopefully I’ll see you guys in March!

City at Worldcup, looking back after the dust has settled.
Because of all the controversy surrounding the world cup and the attack on Iran, I was much less excited about the world cup this time. However, I did end up watching some matches and highlights in the knockout stages. For others like me, here's a write up by me (edited by AI) on how Cityzens fared at the world cup.
With 19 players at the World Cup, City had more representatives than any other club, and our influence was everywhere.
- Rodri captained Spain to the title, won the Golden Ball, and ran the tournament. Former Blue Ferran Torres scored the World Cup winner.
- Haaland finished with 7 goals as Norway reached the quarter-finals, while Julián Álvarez helped Argentina reach another final.
- Stones, Trafford, Guéhi and O'Reilly all featured for England's third-place finish, while Foden and Grealish were surprisingly left at home.
- Doku led Belgium's attack, while Dias, Bernardo Silva, Matheus Nunes and Cancelo represented Portugal.
- Gvardiol and Kovačić suffered VAR heartbreak with Croatia, while Aké and Reijnders featured for the Netherlands.
- Cherki reached the semi-finals with France, Marmoush led Egypt to the last 16, and Aït-Nouri and Semenyo represented Algeria and Ghana.
Whether it was Rodri controlling games, Haaland scoring for fun, or City players starring across Europe and Africa, the tournament felt like another reminder that Pep's football has become the blueprint for the modern game.
The Etihad's fingerprints were all over this World Cup.

Membership Pass in Apple Wallet not updating after getting a ticket for the new season
Hi everyone,
Today I managed to get a ticket for one of the home matches of the new season, and the ticket appears in my Manchester City account.
However, my Membership Pass in Apple Wallet still says “No upcoming match” and doesn’t show any fixture, block, row or seat information.
I’ve already tried:
- removing and re-adding the Membership Pass
- refreshing the app
- waiting a while
Nothing has changed so far.
Is this normal? Does the Membership Pass update automatically closer to matchday, or should it update immediately after purchasing the ticket?
Has anyone else experienced this for the new season?
Thanks!
