I've been learning Arabic for a while and my real problem was never learning new words — it was keeping them. I'd pick up 20 kalimat one week and lose half of them by the next.

So I started building a small app to fix my own problem: a new Arabic word appears on your lock screen throughout the day, spaced repetition brings words back right before you'd forget them, and every word comes with an example sentence in Arabic script + harakat so you're building actual reading comprehension instead of just recognizing isolated words.

Full disclosure: I'm the one making it, and it's not out yet — still in development. I'm not here to sell anything, I genuinely want input from people who are actually learning:

- Does lock-screen exposure sound useful, or would it just become wallpaper you tune out?

- What's been your biggest struggle with vocab retention?

- Anything you wish your current app did but doesn't?
