Life has changed in a big way. I'm 42, recently divorced, and instead of looking back, I'm choosing to rediscover myself.
I'm looking for a talented boudoir photographer who can help me capture confidence, beauty, strength, and a side of myself I've been ready to embrace again. This isn't just about taking sexy photosâit's about celebrating a fresh start and reminding myself that I am still attractive, confident, and worthy of feeling amazing.
If you're a photographer who creates a fun, relaxed, and empowering experience, I'd love to hear from you! Please send me your portfolio, pricing, and availability.
Let's create something beautiful that I'll be proud of for years to come. â¤ď¸

Looking for the best tribal/blackwork artist in Lancaster

This may not be the best place for this, but I figured trying couldn't hurt.
I'm a 40-year-old woman, new-ish to the area (I live in Ephrata), and would love to meet some fellow vegans to hang out with. I've tried other apps/platforms specific for this purpose, but I haven't found people in the Lancaster area.
Feel free to message me if you feel like chatting! I swear this isn't meant to be creepy. I'm just honestly looking for some friends who share the same values.
Thanks, and enjoy what looks to be a beautiful day in Lancaster!

I searched this group and did not find anything recent regarding groundhog control. I just paid $200 for a groundhog to be trapped and removed from my yard. This mofo was eating my entire garden and my neighbor's garden like he was at Shady Maple on his birthday.
I've googled ways to allegedly deter them. None of the suggestions seem to work. Has anyone had any luck with getting rid of them or at least preventing them from eating the garden?

Do you know whatâs happening with the âLancaster AI Hubâ?
Phase 1 of this massive AI data center project is underway at the former printing plant Donnelley on Greenfield. Itâs the beginning of one of the largest AI data center projects in Pennsylvania, with multiple buildings planned across the Greenfield Road and Harrisburg Pike sites. Itâs the beginning of a large scale AI data center campus with 24/7 operations, extensive electrical infrastructure, water cooling systems, and backup diesel generators.
Watching the way these meetings have been handled and the way the council members lied and dismissed citizens is so alarming.
Incase you didnât knowâŚ
Phase 1 DID NOT require** subdivision **OR land development review because it was treated as the adaptive reuse of an existing industrial building. As a result, it did not go before the Planning Commission for land development approval before construction began.
Think about that.
The first phase moved forward through the building permit process instead of the public land-development process and only AFTER this project was underway did Lancaster begin drafting a brand new zoning ordinance for data centersâŚ
That means this proceeded without the level of public review typically associated with a project of this scale, including consideration of potential environmental and community impacts.
When our Lancaster farmers declined MILLIONS of dollars to sell their properties, I believe these massive corporations set their sights on OUR city council men and woman and now these âserver farmsâ are being placed on the very edge of** **our city. Something else to be strongly noted, NDAs have become common enough in Pennsylvaniaâs data center industry that lawmakers have introduced legislation to ban local governments from using them. That alone should raise questions about transparency. These councilmen could be pocketing MILLIONS of dollars for approving and speading up this process before we could even ask a question. We should be receiving answers, not secrecy.
I know weâre all busy, and life is demanding enough as it is. But moments like this remind us why itâs so important to come together when decisions like this will shape the future of our community.
I encourage everyone to pay attention to whatâs happening around us. Ask questions. Talk to your neighbors. Attend local meetings. Read the public information thatâs available. Do the research of the impact on the environment around these centers. Hold our leaders accountable and ask for transparency.
Whether you support these projects or have concerns about them, the decisions being made today will affect Lancaster, our home, and our voices deserve to be part of that conversation not silenced.
If we donât show up, someone else will make these decisions for us.

While terrible it happened, but grateful it happened in July, our heating oil tank decided to leak. We will be in the process of removing the thing, but the solutions are expensive and can only be done once.
We could do an outside tank, but itâll block one of the few windows downstairs (and I doubt the person next door will move their grill to stay away from it) and itâs the cheapest. The mini steel tanks canât fit in our basement without removing our kitchen cabinets, but it would mean a bigger tank could go down there if we were to nix them. Losing the cabinets and a sink wouldnât be the end of the world as they are from at least 70s, but I wonder at the cost at renovating the kitchen at the last minute. Or, lastly, we could convert to natural gas.
All of them are expensive, and Iâm the fence on which one to go with. Just was curious what others did or experienced in city row homes or in older homes in general.

The volunteer-built DIY skatepark in Millersville is one of 8 finalists for a national competition put on by Sakrete to win $10,000 in tools and materials for future builds, and we could really use your vote. This is a 100% volunteer-led effort, and in round one we've been matched up against a professionally built (and fantastic) skatepark in a very wealthy community in New Jersey. There are multiple ways to vote on Sakrete's instagram, and we encourage you to do all of them...
- Vote on their hard post from yesterday
- Comment for Millersville in that post
- Vote on their stories
- And please share it!
We could do a ton with this and really improve the skatepark. Thanks!

I have a mole on my underarm that I am looking to get removed. It is a pain to deal with during hair removal - it has gotten cut before while shaving and has bled quite a bit. When I reached out to my family doctor to ask about it, they said it would be cosmetic and I would have to pay out of pocket, and they instructed me to make an appointment for them to look at it and possibly give me a referral to a dermatologist. They didnât ask about shape, size, color, etc. I was under the impression that most removals get sent for a biopsy, and therefore would be at least partially covered by insurance. I do also have a family history of cancer. Does anyone have recommendations on how to proceed? Is it better to just find a dermatologist or try to go through the family doctor? I was just surprised that they would automatically consider it to be strictly cosmetic.

Hello all!! I am a Lancaster pa native and have grown up in and around small engines and work for my family business in landscaping and property maintenanceâŚ
My question was if anyone would actually want this and pay for it?
Iâve been thinking about it for a while now because I love maintaining and repairing our Equiptment with our business and want to do it for the older ones who are sick of taking their piece of Equiptment to the shop or doing it their own, since Iâve noticed in the area only thing is âpickupâ of your mower for maintenance with these big mower shop companies and if you would be interested why would you hire me?! Thank you in advance!!

I see that Lancaster Rec has a league in the spring but is there any in the fall? I did see one through Lancaster Parks that starts in August but the rules seem a little too goofy for me. They have theme nights where players dress in costume... I'm not knocking that if it's your thing but I have a busy job and two toddlers, I just want to play the game and not have to worry about picking out an outfit.
Let me know if you know of one or have a spot for me on your team.
