Found a lady bug crawling on my Frenchie while getting ready for a walk. I took it outside to release it, but its wings seem to be injured. It couldn't fly. I currently have it chilling on my house plants. I figure my little friend can stay where they're safe, but I'm curious how to make life more comfy for them. I've got grow lights on timers, and the plants have a watering schedule. There are little gnats from the potting soil that I'm sure it can eat, but is there more I should do? Is this a stupid idea altogether? I just wanted to give the little guy a chance at a comfy life since they don't live long.

He's still alive but looks hurt... I have no idea where he came from or how he got inside my caravan on my quilt

I tried looking it up on Google and it said something about m or w being on the top of the head where the black meets the red and I see no m or w of any color on this one.
