how long for tolerance to decrease ?

i do not use regularly but i noticed my tolerance went up quite high to the point where i need 2-3 cups of kratom tea to feel something.
i use preferably red kratom even though i had some nice but different experience with the green strains.
when i get a 200g bag it can happen that i use daily for a couple days to a week.
often i take a month or plus brakes yet still it doesnt feel as my tolerance goes down sadly

Do you keep the sludge or throw it away when making tea? Have you tried T&W, you may think it's a 4g tea but it may be much less

Idk your situation but taking the raw powder directly hits me much better

yeah i tried T&W but im not a fan of that much dry powder in my mouth.
i drink the whole thing with the sludge
